I appreciated the professionalism and the level of the creative aspect. Most people look for a fancy place and location, when actually its the ability of the mortician who should be able to make the loved one look presentable and as natural as possible. This is what is and should be most important and the other things fall into place. Expertise with compassion. I recommend the Jones Funeral Home of west 79th Street full and wholeheartedly.
