I have only been here not as many times as I would have liked to over the past few years, because I usually go the Regal cinema thats located at West Town Mall. I recently earned a free movie ticket voucher the last time I donated blood for a blood drive held at their facility in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee. I got a little lost trying to find the place because it had gotten dark and I had a lot of trouble trying to read the street signs! I finally got there, parked in the back, walked 2 flights of hard stairs, went inside and up the elevator to where the blood drive was being held. I met a local DJ from one of our country stations on the radio while I was waiting to be called back. She gave me some free stuff to take with me. There was a mini package of hand sanitizing wipes, and a little jar of body butter infused with Shea butter. After I donated, I sat in a room having something to eat and drink before heading home. They always use Little Debbie and Coca Cola products in mini cans for their mobile units, but here theres a popcorn machine if youd like a bag of it, a fridge with juices and water bottles, and a soda fountain which also has Mountain Blast Powerade in the Blue Flavor, my favorite! I had some of that, ate an oatmeal cream pie, waited about 10-15 minutes, then I left.

I used to love going to Pinnacle at Turkey Creek but I do not go there any more. They never have enough people selling tickets. You have to stand in line and then stand in line to get popcorn and drinks. The popcorn with butter doesnt taste as good as it use to and also has started making me sick when I eat it. It did not use to do that. I think they are using cheaper ingredients to save money. The prices have jumped up so much itś unbelievable. Iḿ a senior citizen and on a fixed income. I asked for the senior discount and it was still over $9. Then the food items are way too expensive. There was no reason for Regal to increase their prices that much. I do not go there any more. I go to AMC theaters. They are friendly and the food items tastes great. The prices are a lot more reasonable! Shame on Regal for treating their patrons this way.

Just left the theatre after watching the 7:20 pm RPX showing (which is much more expensive) of Wonder Woman. There was a young child in our row who was on a phone playing a loud game the entire time, yelling, and running up and down the stairs screaming and hanging off of the railing. An usher came in three times while this was happening, walked right NEXT to the family, and said NOTHING - just turned and walked back down the stairs. Multiple people who paid good money to watch the film tried to ask this family to keep the child quiet, but to no avail. When the employees of an establishment cannot be bothered to do their jobs, it shows just what kind of establishment it is. We will not return and I advise those spending more to have the RPX experience to go elsewhere. They do not care about anything other than your money.

The pinnacle movie theater in turkey creek is wonderful it has great service. I received great service from the employees. They greeted me as soon as I walked up to buy my tickets. I love the location of the theater it is located in the heart of turkey creek. The lights on the outside are amazing I can see them a mile away during the night because their bright, colorful, and heartwarming. The prices are a bit high will spend twenty dollars just for two tickets. But it is all worth it because when I sat in their high dollar seats that rock back and forth I feel like royalty. The size of the concessions is extravagant. It is like a restaurant inside of the theater itself. A bit high on its prices but with their high quality of service it is worth the investment.

I think its the premier place to see a movie in the Knoxville area. Modern theater with all the amenities, but you are definitely going to pay for it. Its worth it for the big blockbuster movies coming out, but might go somewhere a little cheaper for the titles that have been out for a while. So far the best comfortable seats Ive sat in, and Im a pretty tall guy. The armrest fold up, which some places dont do. I really wish they would improve on the food. Regal Riveria has a much better food menu for you to try, but they have the usual fare. Warning: If you are sensitive to loud noises, the speakers tend to be a bit louder than other places. Great place, but be aware if you are sensitive.

By far the best Movie Theater that we have here in Knoxville. I included a few pics of the kids checking out the arcade that they can visit while at the movies. I am really digging the fact that all these movie theaters have free refills on soda, that is pretty cool. Not that I need my 32oz small refilled but, still I guess it doesnt seem as bad since now they offer free refills on the prices that we have complained about for so many years. Oh well its the experience of the movies right? Plus, who can beat the popcorn. Great place to see a movie, the RPX option and the 3D is some of the best that I have seen anywhere.

The regal cinema at turkey creek is an amazing place. As you approach the theater you are overwhelmed by brilliant neon lighting and colorful posters displaying the newest movies released. Inside the main building you can smell the freshly buttered popcorn as you draw nearer to the concession stand, once there the broad selection of snacks and drinks makes your mouth water and stomach rumble with hunger. Along the corridor to the theater there are more colorful posters for upcoming films. Once inside the theater the feeling of indecisiveness takes over as you move up the stairs to more seats than you could imagine.

This theater has terrible service. My popcorn took 20 minutes. Than they got my drink wrong twice. I was given gummy worms instead of Sour Patch kids and when I asked for them to correct the mistake I was told to "deal with it". The customer service was overall terrible. I asked to see the manager and after I told him my complaints he literally pushed me out the door. I had already bought tickets, drink, popcorn, and candy and I was did not receive a refund for any of them. Terrible business with terrible service.

This theatre the "pinnacle" of a movie-going experience. The IMAX 3D theaters are likely the best in the entire world. The seating is ridiculously comfortable. Seats are padded and recline and they have lots of leg room. The facility itself is always impeccably clean and the staff is always incredibly friendly. The arcade area provides plenty of entertainment options for younger kids and teens. Pro Tip: You can bypass the line by taking advantage of their ample Fandango machines.

A great place to sit and enjoy a movie. The food choices are great and the arcade is stocked adequately. The theatres themselves are kept clean and are pretty comfortable. I love the Imax seating the most since they have reclining chairs and larger seats. I have been to many opening nights here and havent really seen a large event happen in a while, but they used to have big stars come and see movies here. Star Wars will be interesting here
