My husband and I came to your theater to see the 8 p.m. showing of Star Wars in theater 9. This is the third time that we have come in the last few months and have gotten bad service. We were hoping the third time was the charm but it wasnt, and as a result, we wont be coming back. The first experience was in May at the Age of Ultron. Our server delivered the wrong appetizer three times. The second experience was in June when we saw Inside Out. The server brought me the wrong meal twice. Third time, she brought me the correct entree but the wrong side. I wrote a complaint about this one to SMG and never received a response. Last night, my husband and I sat down at 7:35 p.m. Everyone was greeted by a server with the exception of our row. Our server didnt show up for almost 20 minutes and most rows were already getting their food. We ordered two drinks, a glass of wine and the Texas Doctor, along with the Ceviche Lettuce Wraps, Mac and Cheese with Steak and California Burger (with a chicken patty and NO bun). Our appetizer and my husbands meal arrived together - which defeats the purpose of having an appetizer. My meal was delivered but with a BUN (which happened in June). I have a gluten sensitivity along with food allergies. While I know SMG does offer a gluten free bun, it is easier for me to just to say NO BUN. I politely told the food runner that I had asked for no bun. The second time the food came out, it was a beef patty with cheddar cheese and a fruit cup. I again told the food runner that wasnt what I ordered. My husband stepped out to talk to the server. At this point, a manager showed up and apologized. She said she was going to stand there until the food was delivered and make sure it was the correct order. We were 30 minutes or so into the movie and still had not received drinks. So we informed her of that as well. The drinks and my correct order were finally delivered. After my correct order was delivered, our original server showed up with a burger on a bun for me - not realizing my order had been delivered. Even though it took the kitchen three tries to get my order correct and our drinks were very late, no one offered to fix our bill for us. There is no communication between the servers and the kitchen. It makes me sad because our first few experiences here were fine - not great or fantastic - but good enough that we didnt mind coming back. But after the last three events, I think we will be taking our business elsewhere - possibly CineBistro in Atlanta.

My experience at the this place. I come in and I look around with happiness in my heart. It looks amazing, I have had heard great reviews from friends, etc. I go and sit down, my seat does not have a light, so I am forced to click on another chair. Fair enough. 10 minutes later. I see a waiter walk past me, to another guest, so I assume they ordered before me. Fine. 10 minutes later. I talk to my girlfriend, and I turn around to see the light behind me off. Fine, it must be the light. 15 minutes later. I click it again waiting for a waiter. They keep walking to other guests on the other side of the theater. Fine. 10 minutes later. I light up two chairs next to me hoping to get someones attention. 10 minutes later. I see an attendant walk past me and my lights. I wave her down, and tell her I am wanting to order food. She does a good job, I cant really complain. Ten minutes later they deliver my drink. I ordered no ice, but obviously I didnt get that. Its not a big deal. 20 minutes later. I finally get my appetizer. It was good. 30 minutes later. I received my food, finally. 30 minutes later. My girlfriend receives her ice cream. So where is mine? 10 minutes later. I light up my light. This dude walks over, turns it off and proceeds to leave... I call him back, he looks at me like, did you light that up? No a ghost did. No that dude ten rows back did. No Johnny Depp did. No its some sort of malfunction.... Yes its me, and can I please get my ice cream. 15 minutes later. I receive my ice cream with about 10 minutes left in the movie. I came to the theater over 20 minutes early, but still my service was horrid. I leave mad, but you live and you learn. Thank God my movie is 2.5 hours long.

All I can say is "wow" (and not in a good way). My son and I reserved tickets online...got to the theater and there was a big line for the only agent working behind the booth. No problem, I could go to a kiosk. Wait, half of the kiosks werent working so I had to stand in line there too. Finally got our tickets and went in. Wait, were in the handicapped row? The online booking showed us one behind the handicapped row. (It has office chairs that can be wheeled out of the way...didnt want to sit in office chairs for 2 hours.) No problem there were only about 6 people in the theater that holds 200. Since the previews had already started and not that many more people would be coming, I asked the guy: "Can we just sit up a row?" Sure he says...just go back to the box office and change your tickets. So we did...back out...back to the big line...waited in line 15 minutes and got back in. The movie had already started. We sat up the one row...still only 6 people in the entire theater. We wanted to eat, but apparently all the orders had been taken during the previews. So I need to get this straight: The theater lost out on $30 worth of food orders because the genius of an usher didnt want us to move up one row in a nearly empty theater? Worse the seats actually moved side to side, not just the normal front to back motion. I pushed on the (empty) chairs all around me...same thing. I felt like I was at an angle the entire movie. One last thing...the theater was long. We were like 10 rows back and the screen already looked small. If you were all the way in the back, youd be better off watching a 65 inch TV at home.

This has been our local go to place for movie. But last night was the worst experience Ive had here in my 12+ visit. There has always been issues but nothing to be worried about. The food itself was pretty decent and of course not expecting 4 star restaurant quality. Definitely on par with a chain restaurant like Applebees. The bad experiences went a such. New staff and crowded theaters made the service very slow in getting our food. But that was expected for a pre Valentines Day weekend. 2nd thing that went wrong us that our ordered item and extra condiments never came out and we were still charged. And they didnt even give is utensils or napkins. 3rd major item and the one that drove me nuts is that the lost my credit card. Was advised to wait for manager who never showed up. After 15 minutes someone finally said, "oh...Is this your credit card?" Just happened to be in one of the waiters pocket. Were you keeping that for yourself? Wth? Saw the manager finally and he wasnt aware of any issues and apologized for the new wait staff. Offered us free movie passes, but I refused since will never go back again. Ive had stuff charged and not come out before. Or bad food. But this night, what could of gone wrong, went wrong. At least the movie was great. And I must admit the manager was really good at speaking with an upset patron. But Im done with this location.
