Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I was waiting in line to get my tickets with my wife and I didnt realize that I was next at the window, because the previous customers were still standing right there. The guy selling the tickets yells through the microphone "NEXT CUSTOMER PLEASE" and does the hurry up hand motion. He then proceeds to basically punch the screen while he was processing our tickets. After that was finished my wife and I decided to get some concessions. We bought a large popcorn and a large drink. The girl working the concessions didnt seem like she knew how to have a conversation at all and was just generally awkward. She brought us our drunk and then stared at us for about 5 seconds and just said "I can help the next person" She didnt bother informing me that someone else was getting my popcorn for me and that I had to wait off to the side for it. Not to mention by the time we moved off to the side (maybe 3 seconds after she said she could help the next customer) our popcorn was ready. Maybe it was just a bad night for everyone or maybe this is an every night thing. I wont be going back to find out.

Very pleased with the price, but was braced for a negative seating experience. I went in auditorium 7 on a Saturday night 8/17/13 and was pleasantly surprised. Seats were nice, floor clean, no trash. It appears that new seats have been placed in some auditoriums. It has been several years since I had been here (I was out of the area for a while) and expected the same thing from years ago, but it was very good. Concessions were nicely priced. Too bad there is a need for the police, but some people try to be too cool and practice the thug life. Those are the same people that trash the place, so good riddance. I would go back again soon.

I went for the first time to this theater to see The Boy. I was surprised at how cheap the tickets were but it wasnt worth the awful experience. While the movie wasnt rated R or anything it was a scary movie and 4 and 5 year olds probably didnt need to be there. Tons of teenagers talking during the movie - not whispering by any means, just talking. Kids would be using phones and running out of the door when they were scared. I dont blame the kids for being scared but why would you bring a child to this movie??

Small town theatre but with current films. The prices are the best rate in the tri-county area! They are gradually upgrading their seating and amenities. The staff is friendly and the location is convenient. They offer 3D showings on current popular films. Just the right place for a date night or family outing on a budget. They also offer arcade games for the kids while you wait for the movie to start.

Nice, but showing its age. This theater is decent and the prices are really good for daytime showings, but the facility itself is starting to show its age. The seats are awfully small and close together and the A/C was out the last time I was there. Not a bad deal if the theater isnt packed (assuming they fixed the A/C), but you might want to avoid going here to close to a movies opening weekend.

Ticket prices are wonderful for new release movies, concession stand prices are moderate (and less than other nearby theaters!). I expected this place to be crap in a bad neighborhood the first time I went, but its just a regular theater thats a little run down. Pros: Prices, location, availability of new release movies Cons: Uncomfortable seats, poor upkeep

More than 50% of the audience talked during the entire movie, and no ushers EVER walked into the theater for the duration of the movie. When I complained to the manager, I wasnt even offered an "Im sorry", but rather she told me she "had to send most of the ushers on break" while looking down her nose. Very bad experience, and Ill NOT be going there again.

They are great if you dont want to spend a lot of money to see a movie. (As long as you dont get any concessions). It will only cost two people a meager $5.00 to see a matinee! However the picture quality and sound quality arent the best. And lastly, the seats are guaranteed to put your backside to sleep or cause people with lower back pain a few problems.

We go here all the time! The theatre is a bit small and outdated looking out front but the screens and sound are just fine. We love the $3 weekend matinee with the $6 popcorn box. I love the movies but my boyfriend thinks they cost too much. Here we can both see a movie and get snacks for less than 1 ticket at Azalea Square during prime times.

Concession is very expensive. Some employees give you your money worth in popcorn and icee and some dont!!!!!!!!!! Ordered 3 icees the first girl fixed one to the top the second girl fixed the last 2 barely to the top. Asked for extra butter on popcorn the same girl didnt add the etra butter in-between AND it wasnt filled too the top!!!!!!!

New movies at good prices its not the most comfortable seats but thats because I slump down for the person behind me. Im always paranoid my head is in their way and I end up with a sleepy butt.. But this theatre is quaint. And all anyone needs to enjoy a nice night out. Plus there is great food right next door

Been going there for over 15 years. I even worked there before. The concession prices are only expensive because the money they get from tickets doesnt go towards the company....it goes to the studio that made the movie. People bringing in snacks is robbing the employees of pay raises and upgrades to the theater.

If youre looking for a budget movie experience this is it. Its an older theatre ticket prices are way less than other theatres in the area. Just remember you get what you pay for. Theres no reclining seats, most of the theatres and the lobby are quite small. But its like $6 for adults, you cant go wrong.

I love the prices but hate the seating. Where else can you find a matenee for $3? No where. The concession stand is abnormally over priced. Im guessing thats how the compensate with ticket prices being so low. A large combo (popcorn & drink)here is like $12-$14. Just eat before hand.

The movie tickets are a very good price. The concessions are a good price, and the movie experience is awesome, and you dont have to wait longer to see the movie on a cheaper price. I defiantly recommend that you go here if you want to see the newest movies and pay a lot less.

The theater itself was good for the price, but was not happy to see they sold more tickets for a movie than seats they have. People were actually standing in the back of the theater for a 2 hour movie.. went with my husband and sister and we all had to sit in different spots.
