Came to this theater around 4:00pm when the theater was completely empty. There was two managers and two employees standing around at the customer service desk just talking about their personal life. They looked over at the concessions line, while there was people behind me very upset and they looked away and kept talking. The girl behind me had to literally call the manager to come attend us. When I went to give in my tickets to walk into the theater the employee was laughing. I told him that they should attend the guest when they see guest waiting not keep talking and he started laughing. So upset. I never want to come here again. The management at this location is a disappointment. Corporate should really look into this location and get things fixed. If I could give no stars from how mad at I am right now I would.

The movie theatre is close to our house which makes it convenient for us to go there. The quality of rhe movies is awesome... However....everytime...doesnt matter if its a matinee, during the weekday or weekends, the line at the concession stand is ALWAYS sooo long. They have about 10 registers and only ONE person at register. Youll see the manager(s) walking around behind the register at concession stand but you would think they would take the initiative to roll up their sleeves and start helping to get through the line of annoyed and frustrated customers just wanting a Coke and their tub of popcorn so they can get a good seat and be on time to their movie. Management really needs to be reviewed at this theatre.

This is my familys go-to theater,mostly due to proximity. The bathrooms are disgusting and I feel as though the ticket prices are high,but that just might be going rate. The popcorn ranges from just okay to somewhat stale. The best thing about this theater is probably its location. Theres a lot of other stores in the area that you could go to and places to eat at nearby, and you and your friends might just be in the area when you decide to watch a movie,which is usually how I end up here. However,I suggest complaining to the manager to get those bathrooms cleaned.The bathroom floor flooded once and that was just nasty.Still not the dirtiest movie theater Ive been to though,so 3 stars.

Always long lines for your popcorn. It seems nobody cares here. Lines for both tickets and food are insane. Especially food line is terrible, people get offered 75 choices, which doesnt help too. Then you get a choice of several combos, which dont have a price offered next to it, then when you pay, its just the regular prices added. up. It took half an hour to get my soda and popcorn. And still not all registers were open! To me it is also very unclear, why the ticket machine is more expensive then the window. This should be the other way around. But probably somebody wants to create jobs here. So much for efficiency.

Worst concession experience ever. Recently, they changed to a single line feeding all the registers. While I admit it may be more fair, it doubles the amount of wait time as half the employees are goofing around and bumping into each other and the front of the line takes forever to see an opening. With over a dozen employees serving and just as many registers open, the line took 42 minutes causing my daughter and I to miss the beginning of the movie. What choice did we have? When an 11 year old is hungry, you cant say wait two hours. Needless to say, I will make it a point eat before I go next time, if there is a next time.

My experience with "Star Wars The Force Awakens"; This is yet another major accomplishment from master film makers and actors. The directors and writers did a stellar job of keeping the story alive especially by using the original actors and referring to the beginning chapters as a myth since many years, approximately 28 have gone by since I witnessed the very first episode of this saga. I am also grateful to have been able to view this movie in an IMAX theater at the Regal Cinemas Kendall Village 16 IMAX & RPX. This is a great theater which is professionally staffed and kept super clean. Cant wait for the next episode!

This used to be a great theater, but now I doubt Im coming back. Part of the movie experience is getting you concessions and enjoying them. I have found you need to get there and hour before the movie to have time to wait in line for your popcorn. If not forget about it. Their employees are too few and too slow and are too busy trying to sell you things that you dont want. Just take my order please and let me get my stuff. This is a big issue in this theater and management does nothing about it. Its ruined what used to be an enjoyable experience.

The theater itself is comfortable, lots of things to do around the area. The only problem is the concession stand. It takes forever to get anything. Ive been there many times. Even a half hour early, but by the time I get to order and get what I have purchased, Ive missed most of the previews, which is something I like to see. If you get there 10 minutes before, forget the concession stand, unless you dont mind missing all the previews and the beginning of the movie. So now, I get there, buy my tickets and just go straight to the movie.

Went to see hunger games the final installation of the series. Most of the movie was too dim to actually see what was happening in the movie. The pathway lights cast a visible shadow on the screen during any dim parts in the movie. It didnt help that the lights on the wall washed out the images on the screen. The seats felt like being in a plane with more leg room. The sound was good and clear but the rest of the experience in their imax theaters dwarfed any experience I could have enjoyed.

Food area is a nightmare. Long lines, totally disorganized. Two different times my order was delayed 15 minutes. Last week, after 20 minutes (movie had already started), the clueless manager tells me that he didnt even know I had ordered a pizza. Place is dirty and needs better management. Employees seemed to hate working there. Theaters are good, but the whole experience is clouded by the food area. Im never returning to this movie theater again. Its a shame because the location is great.

Easy parking. State of the art theaters. Lots of screens. Even the concessions are well attended and run flawlessly. Nothing but complements for this theater (well, except that its in Kendall. You take your life into your hands driving out this way, right past the Florida Turnpike extension, and competing for your patch of asphalt with all the "low-riding" tricked out Honda Civics, driving by Pit Bull wannabes who have seen "Too Fast and Too Furious" TOO MANY times.

the lines are humongous, for the tickets and the refreshments, you have to get there like 1 1/2 hours befores, otherwise you loose the start of the movie. You need more people and more efficient , it is really annoying the waiting time for everything, you should evaluate the quality of your employees , if they are really competent for the job. I love to go to your cinema but when I think of the time that I am going to spend in line, it discourage me. Thank you.
