First and foremost I grew up in Beaufort and have seen dozens of movies here. The prices have remained fair and the theater itself is just fine. I was back in town tonight with my children to visit my parents and took them to the 7:00 showing of Kong. Being opening weekend, I was hesitant and expected a big crowd. From the time the previews started until the end of the movie approx 30-40 youth and young adults were so loud and inappropriate. Lots of language, talking, constant running around, cell phone use, young children playing down by the screen, etc etc etc. I elected to stay as my kids were enjoying the movie when not being too distracted. What has always needed to be done at this theater, particularly on the weekends in a constant security or police presence. Not once did a theater attendant make a pass through to check on things. I cant say that I blame the theater entirely but can blame them for allowing the behavior to continue for years. As a parent with children, I would strongly recommend never going to a movie on the weekends at night here. The youth there tonight were blatantly disrespectful to the people around them as were several of their parents for allowing it.

The staff is always polite. The concessions are reasonable as many theaters these days gouge you on food and drinks. The theater was clean and the other patrons were quiet and respectful of each other wanting to watch the movie. I love this theater and am thankful it has stayed locally owned and operated for many years in our great town of Beaufort!

Its fine for what it is, small town Cinema...you are bound to see somebody you know. My only "knock" is that all four movies start, usually, at the exact same time, leading to crowding at ticket and concession areas----lots of theaters stagger start times by 15 or 20 minutes. I go often, however....generally stadium seating inside.

The theater was fine, but the people watching the movie suck! People were talking on their phones, talking to the people next to them. The theater should have people in there to kick the inconsiderate low lifes out. Why are people in this world so freaking stupid!!!!!! Why go to the movie to ruin it for the people that go to watch?

Its a pretty good theater. A little on the older side, but clean. They are getting better about putting the teenagers in another room to watch the same movie, which helps keep the focus on the movie vice the drama in their lives.

The theatre smells like mold and its always really dirty. Also, the ceiling was leaking onto a chair during one movie, luckily I didnt sit in that chair. I mean seriously? I would think Beaufort would have a nicer theatre!

Floors are usually sticky and they charge you extra if you pay with a card, but other than that its your normal theater with overpriced snacks and the smell of popcorn in the air.

Needs upgrade. Movie went down due to a malfunction. We waited 1.5 hours because we wanted to a particular movie. The other patron left. There were no accommodations made.

Comfortable seats. The sound from the movie can be heard when watching a quieter movie next door. Only indoor theatre in Beaufort. Movies dont stay long.

I really loved this place. The matinee is only 5 bucks. Their popcorn is pretty cheap if you get the large its 5 bucks and has a free refill.
