My overall experience at the hamburg casino/ fair was horrible. Saturday August 13th we had valet parking. We went to leave, arrived outside at the valet parking hut to get our car. once the valet realized they had misplaced our keys" they stated im not sure where the car keys are. At this point it started pouring. We stood outside for two hours waiting for them to locate our keys. not to mention my car was left unlocked. i had my fiances dog tags hanging on the rear view mirror. This was an issue. his identity could have been compromised. Furthermore we continued to wait while they checked security footage. after two hours my in laws drove us home to get our spar keys. At about midnight we revived a phone call stating the keys were found. For all of the time that was wasted, due to negligent employees we were offered 20 dollars for this inconvenience. after speaking with the MOD and the General Manager we were only compensated 25 dollars each . NEVER AGAIN WILL WE ATTEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. IT COST AT LEAST 20 IN GAS AND OUR TIME IS MORE VALUABLE THAN 25 DOLLARS. "

A suburban neighborhood casino with 900+ slots, mostly penny, a few .$.25; all are fairly tight. But, I have been able to play for an hour with $20.00. The Buffet is very good. It has a variety of many buffet standards along with Buffalo style cuisine: Polish, Italian, etc.. My favorites are chilled shrimp & prime rib ~ both are always wonderful! Everything, from soup to desserts is tasty. Be aware of the Buffet Specials. There is more than the normal $2.00 discount with a players card. Check them out online: Prime rib, Lunch and Dinner Buffet discounts. There is also the Blue Ribbon Grill that offers simple fare: hamburgs, hot dogs, pizza, chicken wings & fingers, fries, etc.. All are good. The musical entertainment is also pleasant. Classix Rock, Disco, etc.. All in all, a little slot playing,along with dinner and then some music makes for a pleasant evening out for couples or friends.

This Place is a poor excuse for a casino. All the machines are video slots and lots and lots of penny slots. There might be 50 machines not marked penny and their nickel slots. Plus not to mention the machines are tight and it is not fun loosing all your money in 5 minutes. Plus i drive 2.5 hours to get there and spent 30 minutes in the casino it was that bad !! The ride was nice though

If you are smart, use that well earned money elsewhere. This place is known for taking comps back for no reason. Seneca on the other hand, gives out very well in comps. Seneca has better food, better promotions and better overall comps. Hamburg needs to learn this and learn about customer service. I was a regular there for years and I wont step a foot into this place ever again

Frequent visitor of Hamburg Gaming and love the feeling of this atmosphere. Definitely have had my share of luck with the slots as well. A couple of my close friends win REALLY BIG MONEY which I have yet to accomplish myself unfortunately BUT Ill just keep on coming and trying to make that jackpot go off....!!!

I Love the fact that its a NON SMOKING Casino but I HATE the Fact that theres NOT too many Promotions and I wish they had more quarters and dollar machines I still LOVE SENECA gaming and SENECA ALLEGANY CASINO a LOT better its 50/50 to me

The staff is nice and hard working.The slots are fun but dont expect to win big. The midway buffet is not good. The food was dry and flavorless and over priced. The cooks our trying to serve high end meat but lack the cooking experience .

Nice, small casino with digital slot machines. No table games here. There is an average buffet and a quick serve counter as well as a Tim Hortons. Youll need good luck to crack these machines..

Decent little racino. Easy enough to navigate around. Bathrooms were clean. Food from the snack bar was pretty good. Didnt get to spend a lot of time there but enjoyed it.

Place is a total ripoff. Seriously out of last 5 times there not one person that I could see had won 100 bucks, not one. Big wins off $3 bet is $20 or less
