Visited here at the recommendation of our waitress. I would have literally rather went anywhere else. Customer service was HORRID. I would never ever recommend anyone going here. I asked SCOTT (the rudest bartender ever) if they had snacks for purchase after we saw a drunk girl being not very nice to a dog. I wanted to play with the dog and give it treats to make up for the girl. Scott literally yelled "dont f**king worry about that d**m dog why dont you worry about your own f**king self and leave everyone else alone. F**k." I was in shock and so surprised I had to hold back tears. Then they closed the door to the inside by 1:30 and when I asked if I could use the restroom he said "the f**king doors locked". The nice man cleaning let me in a different door. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY GOING HERE! RUINED MY WHOLE NIGHT AND UPSET ALL MY FRIENDS BECAUSE OF HOW POORLY I WAS TREATED. I WILL MAKE SURE EVERY FRIEND THAT VACATIONS AT HHI DOES NOT VISIT HERE.

I had an okay experience. The male bartender (Scott) was a fantastic bartender, but had a few issues with the female (Katelyn) bartender. Have it a 3 star because of the situation with the female bartender. She was extremely rude!
