I had to write a review after my dining experience there last night. Took awhile to get our drinks, I ordered a non-sweet ice tea and did not receive sugar, sweetener nor was I asked. Finally, had to walk up to the bar. Not a good start. At first, the waitress seemed too occupied flirting and lingering with the extremely loud four guys sitting behind us instead of waiting on us. As soon as another table was seated next to us she never seemed to look in our direction much. Also, the young girl with red hair seemed to come to the table and directly address my blond 22 yr old daughter unless I specifically spoke up. I am 50 years old, it was my idea to go there, and OH..surprise, I was picking up the check. The first couple of times did not bother me, every time it was very obvious that she had a problem either speaking with customers that did not need to be carded or reminded her of her mother - or maybe she just likes to socialize. I could not figure out what else it was actually. I have never had that type of experience and if I go back (which I went there early before going to the Comedy Zone in the back to see comedian) I will definitely avoid the young waitress with the red hair. What a mess that was.

Parking is no longer free during peak times and during events/concerts. The parking deck and roads around the Music Factory are poorly designed to handle high amounts of traffic. When you park in the deck you have to either leave the show early or be prepared to sit in traffic for up to an hour... When a concert ends all of the foot traffic has to cross Hamilton and then cross the deck entrance street so the deck traffic backs up until everyone gets to their cars and then since there is only one exit in the deck you literally have to wait for the entire deck to clear out below you before you can leave. Try to arrive early and park towards the bottom...

NC Music Factory was one of the first nightlife experiences I had when I moved to Charlotte. Being in my late 20s, Im a little out of touch with the "club-life" in uptown. NC Music Factory has a perfect mixture of great concerts and shows, and local weekly entertainment at the bars & clubs. Furthermore, the parking is free (another thing thats hard to find in Uptown), and all the venues are in easy walking distance at the Factory. If you want to get out of Uptown, but still want a ton of nightlife options in walking distance, definitely check out NC Music Factory.

The bar staff is not very welcoming at all. Netither is the manager. The facility is great. The food is basic and just OK. The music was great, however. I have been about 5 times and just dont know if I care to go back given I got lousy service from rude people. Its a shame because the facility is awesome and the music is great. The bar back was the only positive person at the bar.......seriously.

Cool place to see a concert. Lawn seats are perfect! What I didnt like is people can smoke here and it infringed on my breathing. Other than that I had a great time and would go back. FYI: parking can be frustrating. I scored the LAST SPACE in the parking deck for the Goo Goo Dolls / Collective Soul concert in August of 2016.

We love going to the factory. Great concerts, great food, great drinks! Ive seen some new artists, and some old guys that I used to listen to back in the 80s. Great place to catch a concert, get a bite to eat or even plan events. VBGB & Small Bar are cool places to hangout. We always look forward to nights at the factory!!

As a concert venue the amphitheatre is great. What I found objectionable was having to pay $16 for a pint of beer (+ they want a tip). My wife wanted a glass ( plastic cup) of white wine, minimal choice so ended up paying $12 for a small cup of red. Outrageous gouging.

14 venues on 32 acres with parking for over a 1000 cars . the future is looking good for this area . if you like history most of the buildings are from the early 1900s . watch for samaritans feet entertainment in coming months .

Terrible. No security! Vehicles were broken into in the lot. Police didnt care just kept driving by. Cameras on avidxchange may have caught something, but probaly not. PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!

This is the place to go to see the best shows and live music events in Charlotte. Parking can be tough, and if you need an Uber make sure you dont wait until 2am... you may be waiting for a while!

This is hands down my favorite place in Charlotte. Nothing like catching a show and grabbing a good drink. Love the variety and how easy it is to get in and out of.

Theres so many different ways to have fun. I didnt like the fact that they charge for parking during certain hours and days. None the less, great place to go !!

The toilet paper dispenser is too far from the toilet in the mens restroom in the handicapped stall. And the sinks were weird. Everything else is nice though.

Parking has always been a nightmare at this venue. The parking deck was a vastly needed addition. Hopefully the experience continues to improve.
