A quiet, peaceful, and mature movie theater. There are two movie theaters in Annapolis, both of which are owned by Bow Tie Cinemas. The theater at the Annapolis mall is hands down the more modern and larger of the two but because of that its jam packed with rowdy teenagers and youll likely not find a good seat unless you show up early and even then youll be packed in there like sardines by the time the film starts. The Harbour 9 theater however is much less hectic. It usually plays the less popular films leaving the popular ones for its sister theater up the road at the mall. It will sometimes play popular films that have been out for a while too. But with that said I always love going to this theater versus the other one when its playing something good or decent. Youll sometimes get an entire row to yourself where you can enjoy your popcorn and drink with plenty of stretching room and silence. I love this theater. By the way, both of the Bow Tie Cinemas in Annapolis have whats called "Super Tuesday" where tickets are half off making them only six dollars. On top of that they do a snack deal on Super Tuesday as well e.g., any size popcorn for three bucks. Thats every Tuesday, cant beat it.

My family and I went on Christmas, and not realizing their hours changed on holidays, we got there too early. The manager, Mike, was so kind and accommodating, he put a movie on for us anyway. We had thought when he told that we were too early, that we would have to cancel our movie plans as we were all busy later that day, but because of them being so understanding that was not the case. It was so great of him to do that for us, he rescued our Christmas and we could not have been happier! This is now our favorite theater!

This theater plays good movies, but the seats are so old, the place stinks and I think therere bugs in there (something stunk me when I was watching The Way Way Back recently)! It smells strongly like urine! Owner needs to invest and do major cleanup! Yuck! Yuck! Yuck! Maybe the Health Department should come and inspect it.

Sitting in theater 1 right now and these are the worst seats Ive ever seen. Theyre so old that the armrest cushions have gone flat, so my arm is resting on hard plastic. Part of the building is under construction, as well. Maybe itll be nice in a few months, but for now I cant say Ill be back anytime soon.

The movie selections are great, good customer service but the bathrooms are filthy! They need a total overhaul, renovation. The ladies room needs to be gutted out completely. Go to the bathroom before you come to the theater.

Sometimes better movie selection when a blockbuster takes over the theaters at Annapolis Mall. I like the big seats, and the cup holders are adjustable. Parking can be tough on Saturdays though. Small parking lot.

Had the worst customer service experience ever at this theater. I have since filed a complaint against this theater and the company with the BBB. Dont go to this this theater - spend your money else where!!!

@Jalisa- "Stadium Seating"?? Ive been there. There is NO stadium seating. Apparently Jalisa must be watching film from the comfort of a thimble. This theater smells of popcorn farts and urinal cakes. PASS!

I love this theater. The staff is great and the popcorn much better than other theaters. Note this is a theater not a fine restaurant so be considerate when rating since it is a high customer turnover.

Went to a weekday matinee here. It was clean, a little older, and the theater I was in was small with a center aisle. It was still a nice experience with friendly staff and a good value for the price.

I prefer the Annapolis Mall location but must movies I want to see are sent here to this theater that is not updated but it is clean. It not so handicap friendly and parking is not great either.

I occasionally come here when the mall theater doesnt have the late night movie Im looking for and it never disappoints. Big chairs, movable cup holders, large theaters, and a lot of theaters.
