No photos. Mandatory intermission. Very little accommodation for limited mobility. Exorbitant prices. No re-entry, even at intermission! Never again. Signs stated that anyone disabled can ask for extra accommodation, but when I explained to the Will Call office that both my husband and I are disabled enough that we could not stand in block-long line in the sun, we were told there was nothing they could do. Apparently the sign was only for seating assistance. One of the security people, however, got us right to the front of the line. Then the long walk around the building to the elevator and finally found our seats--down long steep stairs. No way. Sat in the handicapped seats that did not require steps. Usher told us we had to go back to the ticket office (downstairs, around the building again!) to exchange our tickets for handicapped ones. No way. Sat in the seats anyway. Told we could not take photos. Everyone in the house had a cell phone and was taking photos. Also, could not go outside during intermission to smoke. NO re-entry. NO MORE concerts there for us! They have a mandatory intermission, but nobody can leave the building and come back for the second half of the show. You can get drunk on your ass, but not have a cigarette across the street.

Ive not been to the arena because I was unable to purchase concert tickets online. Billions of dollars spent on the arena & the website is insane. Why do I even need an account with them? I dont give a flip about the Ducks, but its obvious the school only cares about sports. I could not remember my password (on my iphone) so I created a new account AFTER choosing the seats, had 22 seconds left & the site directs me to a new section asking what type of tickets I wanted, listed many sports events, I go down the list & I click on the concert section & get the message my session had expired! No adequate seating chart online until you purchase tickets & no ticket prices listed even the day before the event. More money should be spent on the computer science students than football, let them design the site. Ive ordered concert tickets online from venues in Oregon & Calif & did not have them problems.

Went to this venue for an amazing evening of Cirque du Soleil and it was wonderful. The arena is large enough to accommodate a crowd that this type of show brings in. The staff was friendly and helpful when we asked questions about directions. While not a basketball fan, I am a fan of the new floor. It definitely screams "Oregon!" The traffic is typically a nightmare around the arena during show times or games. Not a good place to erect such a nice arena that will draw in a very large crowd. Franklin has always been busy anyway, but the arena really adds to the problem. Would recommend the venue to anyone wanting to see a game or a show.

Love this venue! Easy access and easy parking. Traffic is light after the event and you get out pretty fast...unlike Arco Arena or other comparable venues. Arena is comfortable and very clean. Prices are usually affordable for concerts. They sell beer and snacks, but do not tolerate drunk in public people. The venue is child friendly depending on the event.

The show was AWESOME ! Our seats were right at the end of the catwalk of the stage ! ! However, SOME NOT ALL, But some of the staff contracted to the arena couldve done a better job of making sure we enjoyed the show more. But on the other hand They had staff that was Very Accommodating & Very Friendly & Helpful Considering We Had No Idea Where We Were ! !

Terrible!! Used a ticket company called VIVIDSEATS. Sub-Contractors are the only way I could find to purchase tickets. Geez you would think the university could sell their own tickets. Paid $130.00 for 2 tickets received $15.00 tickets. Stay away from this company. And shame on you University of Oregon for letting them process your tickets. TOTAL RIPOFF

Acoustics poor. No organization for parking or seating. You had to find parking areas off a one way road- took 30 minutes. Then people sat in your seats, no lighting in the dark to see seat numbers, rows- it was impossible. I would have to be desperate before returning here. Then you have to pay $10 for that parking nightmare. Elton John was awesome.

Went to see Megadeth here, it was cool, although, my buddy and I were going up to the merch area between bands and they wouldnt let him back on the floor before Megadeth. He had some weird ticket that he won on the radio but it wasnt a problem the whole night until then.

Nice facility, hard to admit as I sure miss the unique and close-in seating of Mac Court. However, this is a gem of a facility and allows the University and community to benefit from another way to bring in cultural and athletic events.

This arena is a rip off. Charged us for parking plus all the tickets. What kind of arena funded by our tax money not to even mention the ridiculous cost of tickets needs to charge for parking. I wont be returning for other events.

Impressive contemporary building. Added seats on upper level for concerts uncomfortable and people behind kick your behind. Not adult sized or Standard American Diet Adult sized seats.... Too close together

A great venue that is GROSSLY underutilized for music and other performances, yet somehow find a way to fill it with dirt for redneck events. Oh, and the food selection SUCKS and are WAY expensive!

This place has great events great seating and I a great contribution to the community. Be prepared for a hike when it comes to parking for paying $10 at the parking garage

The place gets a 3 only because it has horrible parking and traffic guides. Of course your going to pay $5 for a 16 oz Pepsi but thats okay. Its all about the experience.

They do not let you out of arena at any time during event and would not make people leave my designated seat. For two beers a water and a pretzel and hotdog was $30.

Incredible venue for an all-purpose athletic arena although the magic of MacArthur court has been lost in the grandeur of having a state-of-the-art facility.

This is a fantastic venue and the Ducks put on a SHOW today, blasting Arizona by 27! The arena was loud and rockin! Best live sports experience Ive had!

The first event I have attended at this arena was the recent Journey show. It was an epic concert and the Matthew Knight Arena is top notch.

A beautiful facility. The parking is extremely tight, and getting out after the game was a nightmare.
