A venue fit for a fairy tale wedding! If youre looking for a ballroom and staff that have the capability to transform your ideas into a magical experience then Scoular is the place for you. Ill have to admit, even after living in Omaha for >25 years the Scoular was not on my radar. But WOW, what a hidden gem. It only takes one look at the ballroom to appreciate the beauty in each and every detail, from the soaring ceilings, to the arches, to the modern bridal and groom suites. But what you wont find out just from touring the place online is the people that stand behind the name. Honestly, you can ditch the wedding planner and save thousands of dollars. Theresa has all the knowledge you need and is more than willing to give recommendations to trusted, proven and professional vendors. In fact, I owe her the credit for suggesting hands down the absolute best band in the world (Brazilian 2wins). She is a wealth of knowledge and is extraordinarily organized so you can trust that everything will be handled. I cannot urge you enough to check out this place. It is recently updated, clean, bright, spacious, elegant, offers a variety of uplighting colors and can accommodate a large number of guests, a unique seating arrangement and has a stage that will be perfect for a band. Out of all the places I toured which included other high end venues, I think the Scoular offers the utmost elegance at a price you cannot beat.
