Ive been here twice now to see my nieces ballet performances. the theater is spectacular. Its great. The stage is easily visible from almost anywhere. (Ive sat on the top balcony both times). Main complaints: - the seats are horrible. Like many old theaters, the seats are tiny and really uncomfortable. Im a young guy and can pretty much sit through anything. Not this. - its hot up in the balcony. Enough said.

Elsinore theater is the premier performing arts theater in Salem Oregon. It features a spacious Lobby with vendors that provide Beverages and snacks it also has a balcony that provides excellent viewing from nearly every seat in the theater. I enjoy going to the theater with my family and have seen many excellent performances here.

Beautifully restored historic theater in downtown Salem… My husband and I just had the pleasure of viewing “Top Hat” (1935 - staring Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, and Edward Everett Horton)… It was part of The Wednesday Film Series sponsored by Roth’s Market (Thank you to Roth’s!).

Beautiful concert hall and great venue to see a show. Good sound system and worth paying a little more to see a performance in such an elegant, comfortable setting. Wish there were more spaces like this to enjoy live music.

Great place to see a show. The door man has been there every time I have gone and it just makes you feel like you are in for a treat before the show even starts. The shows all have been great. Go and enjoy.

The Elsinore is newly remodeled. We recently went to a concert there and it was a wonderful experience.

The architecture is gorgeous. The seating is cushioned, but would be better if the backs were higher.
