3 times I have used Fandango to purchase tickets at this location. Two times, both Fandango Machines were not working. I had to wait in the normal line. On the 4th of July with two major movies opening only ONE Fandango machine was working and the line for it was longer than the booth. Oh, the booth had one person taking tickets. I caught a manager inside (someone fresh out of high school) hanging with two other employees where they tear your tickets. I told him to get their act together on keeping those Fandango machines working and if it was Fandangos fault to call them and get on them about it. I asked him why am I paying this premium for advance tickets sales when the machines never work. Heck, 2 working ones is not enough for a major film release in my opinion. There was no apology from him; not even a Im sorry weve called them or something. As busy as the ticket booth was and the food counter you think this manager and his other extra buddy could be doing something. Anyone who gives the service at this location a good review must have friends working there that lets them into the movies for free because the service has been bad for years. Fandango will also be hearing from me regarding this manner.

Terrible, I went with my pregnant girlfriend to go see southpaw, a rated R movie. I my self am 23 and so is she. Obviously when going to the theater only a little us time I tend to pay so no need for her to carry a purse. As being 30 weeks pregnant even the typical daily things can become cumbersome. As we get up to the pay center to purchase the tickets we are both asked to show I.D. Witch I of course handed over. Not it was to my knowledge even if the person accompanied with me is under the viewing limit as long as they are accompanied with a person of age to view with its ok. She turned both of us away and refused to sell me a ticket. Both of us clearly looking over the minimum age of 18 to see the movie and again even if she did not, I had proper Identification to show I was. Will not be visiting this location again and will recommend family, friends, and colleges to avoid it as well.

I love coming here since they show movies that were just kicked out of theaters. So if you missed one you could come here and watch instead of torturing yourself waiting for the movie to come out on DVD. I never get the food there since its pricey but the tickets are always cheap compared to most. The arcade is fun to waste time in while you wait. Its a tiny hole in the wall but the air hockey is a personal favorite, even if you sometimes worry you might hit someone. The theater itself is plain regular small seats and a concrete floor undeneath that just angles downward. I do like the trivia which my hometown theater does not do. Overall the experience is topnotch because you get to see the movies you missed. It does need improvements, but so did ours back home and now everyone gives it 5 stars.

I havent been to a good quality movie theater in a long time. Im used to real old, tiny ones in Midwestern small towns. So this was a good experience. Everything about it was the wonderful stereotypical experience you expect from going to the movies. All the employees were grumpy teenagers with a complete lack of enthusiasm, but filled your order efficiently. The concession stand had the overpowering smell of buttery popcorn as soon as you walk in. Its so intoxicating, you dont care that 2 drinks and a popcorn is $21. The seats were comfortable but naturally you wish they were better, the movie was loud, and there was that one guy who talks real loud during all the opening trivia and "Coming Attractions". I loved that I had a completely normal and predictable experience. It was nice.

Went to see a move today in theater 1, their MAIN theater. As the movie started, we could tell something was wrong with the sound... no surround sound and the voices were barely audible. We talked to the manager who unapologetically said, "Yeah, weve been having problems with that theater. It seems to be getting worse." I couldnt believe that they are knowingly selling tickets at full price to a theater that doesnt work! Guess they figure that most wont care. When I told her that seemed dishonest at best, she said that she stepped into the theater and it didnt seem all that bad to her. Case in point - they dont care. If sound quality is important to you, dont go to this theater. I dont even know if they have plans to fix it.

Would be a great place if they could keep people from bringing screaming and crying kids into "R" rated movies. Also, when you and 8 other people walk out on a movie and ask for a refund because theirs a group of people talking on their cell phones during the movie....and the person giving you a refund doesnt even ask WHY you want a refund...there is a problem. UPDATE: 4/1/17: 9pm: Im here now. A dozen people talking loud, using their phones in the theater, even a couple arguing. I came out to the lobby to post this update. I told security about it...They are doing NOTHING!! Maybe the owner should tell all the loud mouths to shut up rather than telling me to read admittance procedures when I not doing anything wrong!!!!

I frequently try to go to movies on a week day around mid day so that the theater is quiet but unfortunately there is at least one person (usually more) on their cell phones continuously which is very distracting and has lead me to a home theater for most movies. This past Monday there were only 20 people in the movie but three were on cell phones, children were kicking my seat and there were a group of kids beside us that were jumping around and would not sit still. Apparently kids had the day off from school. I do not understand how people can be so disrespectful and rude to each other nor why they would spend so much money to sit and play on Facebook! For avid movie fans the home theater is becoming a necessity.

I only go twice ,maybe three times a year. I always make the drum corps show in August and since I am 72 yrs old I only go see the musicals or feel good movies. Yes, few and far between. I can survive the snacks, enjoy the seating and love the loudness of sound only for the drum corps. I can shout and holler when my favorite corps come on. Probably my only complaint would be just like restaurant meals; too big of portion for a Senior. Give us a break on size of drinks and snacks and I would frequent the snacks area. All said and done my review doesnt amount to much since I dont go very often. I will see Sully because of Tom Hanks.

I use to go here all the time. Went to see the new IT movie. I was there with family, my mother. I was stopped at ticketing with my mom they let her through and asked for my ID which I didnt have on me because I did think it was a big deal because I had my mom with me. Then they told me I couldnt go in unless I had a ID continuously gave them my date of birth and told them that was my mom. I felt embarrassed and harassed. A lot of kids younger than me got in no questions asked. Why I was different? There is no reasoning for that. I have decided I will not return there. Yess I am 17.
