I was appalled yssterday when I took my 4 year old grandson to see Toy Story 3. I bought a medium popcorn and, when Shep got thirsty, I left him in our seats, asking a lady next to us to keep an eye on him, and went to ask for a complimentary cup for water for him. I was told that they were "out" of these. I asked to buy a cup and was told one would cost me $4.75 (of course, filled with a sugary drink!). I suggested that when they are "out" of complimentary cups, patrons should be able to buy other cups. Under duress (because tugging a child to the water fountain, leaving a movie was not a poor option), I bought a drink. However, when I gave the clerk Ashley $4.80, she said she did NOT have a nickel for my change. I was aghast and she told me "Most people dont care about small change!". I am still reeling!!!

Great place to watch movies. When you go be sure to speak in the lobby. The acoustics are great. You spend a few minutes right there enjoying the sound. Be sure to take your AARP card for discounts on concessions. As a side note you dont have to be old to get an AARP card or enjoy their discounts. Theatres are handicap accessible. Bathrooms were clean. Enjoyed my movie on a very crisp screen with good audio. I did not get the specifics on the equipment but much better than others where I have noticed pixels throughout the movie. Have realD 3d.

We were at this theater this morning to watch StarWars in screen room #4. It smelled like animal urine. It was oppressive as soon as we walked inside. Im surprised my clothes dont smell like it. The odor never went away for the entire movie. We complained, but apparently the staff doesnt care that we didnt have an enjoyable experience. All we was an "o.k., thanks for letting us know. Well have the room sprayed. " Oh, wow, thats great for the next group. I doubt Ill go back to this theater anymore. Ill take my money elsewhere.

This place obviously isnt used to crowds. They had two people running the ticket booths on a Saturday and people were lined up out into the street. Then the popcorn line was they same way! It took over half an hour to work our way through both and none of the employees seemed to be in a hurry. Also they have one indoor ticket machine. We kept our time to half an hour because of that machine and thats with my wife and I coaching everyone on how to use the machine!

I had a horrible accident at one of the Regal cinema rooms. BE CAREFUL of the triangle pieces every other row. They are several inches above the rest of the floor and if you inadvertently step onto it with one foot, you will likely fall forward onto the concrete floor. It has been seven weeks and Im still dealing with the black and blue face and headaches. Their insurance will NOT pay for any of the hospital bills necessary to check for brain damage. BE CAREFUL!

Cinemas are all way overpriced nowadays. This one is no exception. Inside the food, candy and drinks are just as overpriced as the tickets. I suggest getting candy from the dollar-store and coming up with a way to outsmart their minimum wage staff so you get to see the movie for free. Thats what I always do. Paying what there asking to see one movie and eat a littel is just not going to happen. Ill burn my money before they get it. $ $ $ $ $

By FAR, the worst.... Popcorn was stale. They are still using the older film reel projectors rather than digital and I had to ask for the surround sound to be turned on. The front top and bottom screen masking was broken so the picture looked crooked and the light from the projector would reflect back at you from the exposed metal bar where the masking is supposed to be. I couldn’t wait to leave!!!! This theater does not fit the area it is in.

I cant support a theater that shows one-sided, partisan propaganda films like "Hillarys America" without scheduling equally partisan films with opposing viewpoints, which the Regal Grande doesnt seem be doing. I dont want campaign ads offered as entertainment. Ive been a steady customer for ten years, but I will now go elsewhere. Other theaters in the area are cleaner, more comfortable, and charge less at the concession stand.

Movie stopped roughly halfway through, (Opening day of Atomic Blonde) with an alarm going off. Not a standard fire alarm, so no one knew what it was. One of the paying customers worked there and explained that the alarms are common with the remodel being done. 15 minutes later, the movie started playing with no sound. No response from management until I walked up for a refund. No apology offered.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just paid $24 to watch a movie and apparently their air conditioner is not working properly. It had to be close to 90 degrees in the theater, no exaggeration. My boyfriend was physically sick due to the temperature. I will never return here. If I pay $24 I expect to be comfortable while watching the movie this was a terrible experience.

Great theater that is clean and professional. Nice screens, comfy seats, great audio and good concessions. Theres also a neat candy machine that allows you to mix and match multiple candies and deposits it into a cup. Kinda like those fancy touch screen coke machines. All in all, this is probably the best theater in the area.

Sweet accoustics, friendly staff, reward cards, great concession stand. Screaming children are tended to immediately (parents should know better than to bring a two month old). But the prices! You almost expect a souvenier print of the film when exiting! With a few bargain theaters nearby, only Carousel is costlier.

My first time going to a movie in North Carolina, was at this theater. And I must say that it will not be my last time going to this theater. I love this theater. And I love the surrounding area. I will definitely be bringing my girlfriend back to this theater and to walk around and explore the area.

This theatre was filthy and dirty. Did not clean in between the shows, stains on about 30 seats, and plastic bags over 3 seats! Smelled like fritos! I wanted to leave, but was on the sweetest date! If he hadnt been so wonderful, never would have stayed. Will never return, fool me once. .....

Its pretty good considering how bad movie theaters are now. Its one of the cleaner theaters, which is a plus, and they seem to be staffed well regularly. The concession prices are too high just like any theater. But, theyre popcorn is good, and their drink machines are always working!

Its a great theater: clean, well maintained, nice staff. But every time we go, there is an issue with sound (as in there is no sound) or the image cuts out, or the power goes out. The management is very accommodating, but Id rather not have to come back to finish the movie.

I just went to see Nanny McPhee Returns. The theater was nice and clean and the volume was not turned up too high. At the concession stand, the young man who waited on me was very nice and even took my coin rolls as payment with a very good attitude. I will be back!
