The people who work there are nice and the food is actually reasonably priced for a movie theater. Theres only 4 theater screens, and all 4 are very small. Small in the number of seats and small in the screen size. Dont go here expecting an IMAX screen. I dont like how the aisle is in the middle of the theaters. I think the best seats are in the very center of the theater but you cant sit in the center because thats where the aisle is. Most bigger theaters have aisles on the left and right of the seats not the center. Theater 4 has exit doors that are not 100% sealed shut, so if you see a movie during daytime you can see light coming in through the sides of the door. And because theater 1 and 2 are so small and right next to the lobby, every time someone opens the door to go to the bathroom or something, them opening the door lights up the theater. It also had some sticky floors in the theater, and the bathroom is not in great shape, like the handle on the bathroom stall is missing.

I think I wrote a review for this my favorite theater a while back, but here I am again and I cant say enough about having a theater in the neighborhood. I live here and the price is very reasonable. As a senior, I appreciate that. The specials are awesome and the theater is clean. Yes, it is smaller and not like the new mega theaters, but I save gas, money, and time going to my neighborhood show. It gets all the latest movies and have movies for the whole family. Im guite satisfied with the effort by the owner to continue to provide an experience that all can appreciate. Keep up the good work!

Kinda old school, but prices are good, staff is friendly, theres always groupons, and it honestly has a lot to offer. Ive never been there when it was crazy busy, but its a nice touch. When you get your popcorn, they offer a salt shaker for you to take in to the theater and its pretty awesome. They play current movies and have 4 screens (I believe). Ive only ever been in the far right one, but its always clean and although its a little out dated, seats are comfortable and the screen and sound system are good.

I love that they always have a groupon. The kids and I go all the time! The only thing I would improve is the sound in the theater. I dont think its loud enough. My grandmother went and she couldnt hear what they were saying. Now, she is hard of hearing, but not that much lol. She should be able to hear the movie. She doesnt have that problem at any other theater. I noticed that it wasnt as loud as Im used to even before she went with me. But the prices are great! We always have a great time.

For a community movie theater I have NO COMPLAINTS. Its lovely to have something right in your backyard you can go and take your family without having to break the bank. Very clean, great deals, cheap tickets, and friendly staff. What more can you ask for? And now they are offering 3D movies which is even better! All in All if youre in the area and not supporting this theater then shame on you we need to keep places like this in our community.

It is a small business so the employees are all very much concerned in providing a positive experience. Tickets are cheap and they have awesome deals as well: Monday- $5 ticket and a free popcorn Tuesday- You can bring your own cup or bowl and you can get drinks and popcorn for only $1 Wednesday- BOGO snacks Thursday- Free small drink with every admission

This is a gem of a theatre. The prices are so reasonable you have to ask if that is the price. $12 for 2 large sodas and two not one popcorns. You can actually afford to take your family to this theatre often. The have all the new releases too and the movies dont cost $13 like at other theatres. We enjoyed our time there and will be going back.

Everything is awesomeness! Food prices, tickets, great slushies, staff, convenience. Its a winner to me and my family. Theater rooms are small, if a large kid crowd may be less tolerable and messy, dirty floors but can expect that, i still enjoy myself. The bathrooms are clean also. I think they should have more VISIBLE staff though.

The staff is super friendly and patient with the young ones they cant make up their mind about what snacks they want. My only complaint would be that I wish the bathroom was cleaner and smelled fresher. The snack prices are very reasonable and they also have good combo deals. Makes it easy to support your local theater!

Was here once but it was a nice movie theater the prices are reasonable and friendly staff despite me being here once would come here again if I had too and its a alternative to cinemark monroeville if you dont want to spend so much money and this theater has great deals too

Its a great movie theatre for what it is , a community movie theatre. They have cheap prices and reasonable snack items for an enjoyable time at the movies. Its not the most luxurious place but for what you pay you more than get your moneys worth.

I always take the kids to penn hills cinema, you cant beat the prices and deals on food and drinks!! The employees are down to earth and are always reminding customers of their deal days!!! Id choose this movie theater over the rest any day!!!

Love this little community theater the prices are great,and they have great deals on food and snacks, and the staff is always friendly.,. I go to the big movie theaters around Pittsburgh but by far Penn Hills Cinema is my favorite..

For a family with a tight budget you can see latest movies and purchase snacks and not have to worry about breaking the bank. Go to the big guys and for 2 you will spend 50.0 easy. Come to this theater and 20.00 will be enough.....

Tuesdays are my families movie night. They have the best deal ever. You bring your own bowl amd cup(size isnt an issue) and they fill and refill them both for a dollar a piece. The price of the movie ticket is only $5.

Clean, friendly staff, great deal close. Located in a perfect spot. You can do a little shopping at the plaza then catch a great movie. Oh the popcorn & slushys are the best!
