So, this used to be our favorite theater because of how nice everything is. First class stuff by the way (seats etc). But the patrons that attend here are very very consistently talking throughout the movies. I dont have a solution for them but wow. It can make a movie experience miserable. Ive been there many times where people spoke on the phone during the movies entire length. We drive past this theatre to go the RED cinemas or friendly or just stay at home now. I once had an experience where we purchased tickets in the expensive dine in section, 6 gentlemen entered loudly and began disrupting everyone there. I walked out to notify the management and found 2 others doing the same from our theater. We sat back down and then a manager came in, we thought ok good, here we are going to get some peace. Instead she turned out to be there friend and took their drink orders. They stayed nice and boozed up for the movie and stayed loud. After the movie several of the guys told her, thanks for hooking us up. Not sure if they were even supposed to be in there or what. One other experience about that dining place was the wait staff talks to you in a normal voice and uses a flashlight/pda light, WHILE the movie is playing. It is so awkward and embarrassing when there are others in there. They should make you order before you enter or something. .. its just awkward. Good luck to this place changing people before that come in thats a tough one but if it were me, I might observe the movies more closely. Maybe ask for surveys on exit

Very bad experience for the first time using the what I call grown and sexy side. I went to the last show showing for Anne belle about 2 weeks ago and they were closing up the cash drawer and told me and my boyfriend that if we were paying cash we wont be able to see the movie we have to pay with card, so had to change plan for payment once we got in seats great very comfortable but then hear comes the customer service they were no longer serving frozen beverage I had to get my drink on the rock I also wanted to order food just nachos and cheese they came back 15 mins later stating the kitchen is closed, it was horrible I should have not had paid full price for that horrible service and everything was closed regardless of how late it was a movie was still going on and we should have had the option to use cash or card then it should have been mentioned that the kitchen was closed or closing soon before paying for that side for the extras and the price they charge and couldnt take advantage of it

When my 16 year old neice and I went to see New Moon we were excited and chatting away. Neither of us saw the plain black and white sign regarding the new cell phone policy. Not one employee took a moment to say please read this sign or make sure you know about our new policy. After about an hour I felt my phone vibrate and picked it up. I have a ten week old daughter whom I had left for only the second time. I was texting back her father and was ejected from the movie. No refund, no warning. There were several people who were also thrown out who had not seen the signs either. This is one of the most ridiculous and humiliating situations I have been in. People are distracted, excited, or just oblivious to things sometimes and its ludacris to expect that everyone would see and read a sign. I was one of the few who just left quietly. They were phoning for security when I left because people were so angry, and rightfully so.

Overall, this is by far the best movie theater in Greensboro. However, last night we watched "Jack" in the Luxury Cinema, which is very over price!! We spent extra money to get in the luxury side, spent way too much money on food that should not be served in a movie theater tasted horrible, the mixed drinks had absolutely no alcohol it was like drinking juice for kids. They charge you a large gratuity everytime the waitress took your order because you had to pay out! The waitress only brings out the food and drinks and never comes back to get the dishes!! It was way too dark to eat your meal, there was no surround sound and overall just not accomodating for the price you pay. Please take my advice, sit in the regular movie area, stick with popcorn and pop and get your meal and alcoholic drinks in a restaurant it will definitely keep you from going broke and being dissatisfied!!

From out of town and took my 3 kids and niece to the movies. The girls went to one and the boys when to another. There were no signs posted at the entrances to the theaters (I guess that would have cost what a DOLLAR!). I always have my phone on vibrate to not disturb others and my wife called me. Having 4 children with us I answered to make sure everything was okay. I was then told about the cell phone policy. When I told the employee that I was from out of town and did not know of this policy she just said to bad you have to leave. I asked to speak to the manager and she called for security?!!? That was the point I knew what type of business I was dealing with. When I visit my niece again I will never go to this theater again! I will drive by and throw a party outside the doors when I find out they are finally out of business. You can get my money once, but never again!

My family and friends hasnt had a joyful experience at this theater. On Friday nights this place might have typically the teens but they speak vulgar tones and isnt respectful to others at all. The cell phone policy is questionable and the staff couldnt care less about you. The last time I was there and never ever going back I was behind a Asian couple who was over here on a trip and just went shopping at the mall couldnt go in because of their shopping bags. If the security is not working for the working society and only for the teenagers who hangs out here for the weekends I have regards of ever coming back. You would get kick out if you check the time on your phone or check your call and walk out to take it. I myself would not recommend going here but to the either one in friendly or battleground. The experience would be more enjoyable

I know a lot of people have complained about in some way using cell phones in the theater. Saying they have been kicked out just for checking the time, or trying to turn it down. Apparently some people cant read the big sign or have never heard the big fuss on the news about cell phones in theaters. Look, its simple. Going to the movie theater is meant to be a time where you can relax and not worry about the distractions in life. Though cell phones have made it convient for us to communicate, we still need down time from all of this to ease our minds. I have always had a good time at this theater, probably in part of the strict policy of cell phones. I would suggest avoiding the opening weekend of movies though, it does get a little crazy sometimes.
