Grandkids had a good time but I dont think its right to charge the adults money to watch the children play. If they are going to charge the adults to just sit and watch then Busy Beez should supply the extra workers to supervise the children. I also think the price of $21.00 for children above the age of 5 and the price of $12 for children below the age of 5 is a little steep unless they have the time to play all day long. Busy Beez counts on people who can only stay for a couple of hours, they make a ton of money this way. Make sure you bring socks, they are required to play and if you dont have any then you must purchase them for another $3 per child. Another con about Busy Beez is the place is so hot you to keep buying drinks for the kids cause they are playing so hard that they get over heated. The line for the trampoline is also very long so your children have to decide to wait in a long line or forget about it and play. Im all for having places you can let your children have fun but when you have to spend $100 for 2 hours to do it then you might have to think twice. Theres also a limited number of chairs for the adults to sit in so you may end up standing until a chair becomes available. If you are 1 adult and 1 child then your child will have fun for around $30 if you have socks and dont buy any drinks, but if you have multiple children and 2 adults then open your wallet or you will have to look at the disappointed look on your childrens face.

Been here many times but the manager now, his name is Steven, is absolutely terrible! He is VERY RUDE and does not care about anyone but himself. I know the place is gigantic but he lacks communication skills to his employees/crew. I was waiting for my group of children and parents so we all can pay together, and as I was watching the cashiers handle the very long line with smile and grace, Steve made both cashiers stop what they were doing to check in customers waiting to be signed for a party!! You have a business to run!! I run a childrens place very similar to this establishment and I always make sure there is enough staff for each department. This place just seems always be short staffed and the general manager should be helping out every single way. He ended up making one of his employees, Lyndsay (who was the sweetest girl ever), cry hysterically after scolding at her for taking people on the line when I just witnessed him tell her to get off her register to sign in people!!!! VERY DISORGANIZED MANAGER. There are kids escaping in and out of the enter and exit gates and no one to be surpervising!! You can tell that his team does not like working for him! Great staff but horrible management. Thank you Shavon and Lyndsay for making me and my children happy xoxoxo!

Horrible hortible horrible for a party....we were there 20 minutes before opening and first ones there. When they opened, the staff let everyone from the line (about 40 people deep in) prior to anyone in my party. We were the first ones there. My party and guests didnt get into play until a half hour after the scheduled time. The manager on staff said the girl who handles party was busy with a guest that came in after us by a half hour. We were continually ignored. The staff at the desk said they dont handle partys and we would have to speak with the party person. My party stood around for over 45 minutes before going in and actually having the party. Once we gained access, there was only one person handling our party. He was very nice and worked hard but was too much for one person. Our guests were beginning to step in and handle the party because it was too much for one person. We had only had 11 guests plus 1 parent per guest. Extremly disappointed! The kids were tired at the end which was good but left with a bunch of band aids for all the plastic burns on their skin. Fine for playing early but not for partys. Although, if you do, I recommend long sleeves and long bottoms. I expected more from this place and they should know better.

I was thoroughly impressed by the size of this place. Staff was efficient as well and they certainly have their work cut out of them because this is a raucous fun house if there ever was one: super slides, tube slides, tunnels, sponge ball shoot em up gallery and a rentable party space. Good toddler areas and big kid areas alike. Bathrooms are clean and the shoe locker area is of a nice size to get in and out of. Food options are deplorable: no healthy snack options for kids whatsoever and thats kind of surprising given how great of a playscape it is. Youd think with all the energy and activity theyd offer a box of raisins or an apple for purchase. Odd. (And the malls food court isnt much better!). And as others have complained about, the high price for adults makes zero sense. Over thirty bucks for a family of three. So a bummer there for sure. But, yeah, all and all its pretty epic space and obviously a fun indoor place to take the kids during the cold months.

Not a damn thing! The AC wasnt working and the District manager stated it was due to the thermostat company hadnt fixed it. I was also told that outside food was not allowed, however an employee informed me that management and staff have been known to put store brought cake in their fridge for customers....not cute! I personally found cake from another party and brought the cake to reception, only to be told that the cake was snuck in, but the cake was cold to the touch....yeah right! They made this a horrible experience for my 2 year old and I would not recommend this place to celebrate your childs birthday or anything for that much. I will be contacting corporate and informing them of my experience...no bueno! FYI...we purchased 4 chicken wings for $7.00....thats $1.75 per wing...ridiculous!

Went to a Birthday party for a six y/o young man. Our "host" was the most UNIMPRESSIVE hispanic man I have ever seen. He could not possibly have cared less that he was hosting a party for children. His movements were so slow and uninspired that it was disgusting. They "ran out" of the "pizza" they served. When he cut the cake, he passed it out one peice at a time at such a slow pace that the Grandmother of the Birthday Boy had to jump in and serve (and the cake was dry and poorly prepared. Then came the bill for the party....all I can say is make sure you read the fine print. The fun part of "Billy Beez" was ok for the children, although very pricey, but I would NEVER consider "Billy Beez" for a childs party in the future, and I would attempt to deter anyone else from doing so.

It is a nice and well maintained indoor playground. Kids love to play here. If bought 10 packs ticket, the price is reasonable and affordable. However, the most staffs who sitting by slide are very neligent. They just sit by the slide and doing smartphone. They do not watch safety and provide not much supervision. Noticing them not doing anything for safety, I guarded my child and would never leave my kid play alone, always follwing my kid around. Sometimes the child gets unseen since it is huge maze tunnels, but I just do my best to keep him in watch. I wish they have more regulated supervision system, so that parents feel more safe and comfortable having kids play around. Also, food is not good for the price, overly priced.
