All my opinion from what I have seen , have been treated and can prove ......I would rather remove my right ovary with a shrimp fork then ever , bring any children, family member , or enemy for that matter to this place. I am serious , I am sure if you look below you will see all these replies from the management saying how sorry they are for the bad experience . And its always the same pattern there is a complaint a reply about how the customer was wrong and it is just safety , however ANOTHER rating after is either how great or how racist they are . Before you go please get a "second opinion" from a site where they can not send the fake" so sorry for our safety rules we just need to protect the kids please come back" its pathetic and I feel a true con and read further they leave all of the ones up that are saying they are racist , but apologize for being to safe . The place by my judgement is nasty , the childrens rest rooms are covered in urine , the staff is rude to everyone ...the management calls police on people after not providing services promised by contract and has them removed from the property with no party and or threatens customers in fornt of the kids WITH CALLING THE POLICE. needless to say there are much better options. hell , have Casey Anthoney host your next kids party( be sure to supervise :) , not a bunch of under paid teens laughing at you and your kids who are in tears that the party you are promised you do not at all get . people are not stupid , and sometimes you deal with somebody who knows laws and does not respond to there children and family being threatened at a childs party . In my opinion this place is all about false promises of what you get , rushing you by pushing extra food making you clean up after the party before and then admitting fault and giving you a small % off the bill to still threaten you in front of inncocent children when you stand up for yourself because it was a total rip off and some people know the law lol " im calling the cops !!!!" needless to say check your own cameras and also just provide for what people ask and pay or put a deposit on.to all others reviewing there are other review sites and look for patterns to get the party you are promised not thrown in a corner with garbage all over and music blasting so loud kids are covering there ears, this is also after we had to cancle due to previous staff mistake and had to re book or lose our deposit and were even upgraded! In my opinion and experience which I can prove GO ELSEWHERE!!!! AND WAIT FOR IT .......LAME ASS SO SORRY BUT IT IS YOUR AT FAULT REPLY MESSAGE FROM MANAGMENT STARTS IN 3, 2 ,1, .....

I have never been so disrespected as much as when I came here. The staff here is extremely racist. Before you go in the actual trampoline arena you have to watch a video, while we were waiting for the next screening an employee came and was walking back and forth at first, then when a white family came, and begun waiting with us, he went and asked them how their day was going, completely ignoring us. I did not even know that in this day and age people can still act that way towards someone just because of the color on their skin. Where I live, we are way past that. Then my mom is trying to get us sneakers and the lady is serving everyone else but us, it got to the point where my mother had to call the manager and somehow the manager got the lady to do her job. While I was jumping with my brother (we were in separate quadrants) a little white girl (probably at most two years old) came in his quadrant, her parents were nearby and this is considered double jumping to them which is a big no no, so my brother went to a different quadrant, then the little girl followed my brother, thus double jumping again, this time she fell down (keep in mind my brother is eight). Her parents made a whole big deal, attracting the workers and my brother was forced to go to another quadrant. I have never been more pissed. Close to our expiration time, they would show your helmet number on the television, mine was never shown on the television and I was forced to get out. I will never go to this establishment again, if they even deserve to be called that. At first, I was going to leave it alone, but after reading all of the other comments about them being racist I had to comment. BEWARE: THEY ARE VERY RACIST. I even read that someone got lice from their helmets, I will definitely never go back. Since most five star reviews only has one sentence or no comment at all, Im pretty sure the manager forced their own employees to post reviews.

Today, we visited Rebounderz for our very first time. Our youngest daughter needed to smile again. She lost her father in a terrible accident on Monday. I wanted to give her some time to feel like a normal kid again. When we arrived, the staff was courteous and kind. When my daughter was getting her band she told the young lady, Kelly O, that it was her special day to try to be happy. Kelly asked her so sweetly if it was her birthday and my little one said quietly, "No, its a sad special day, but I need to smile again" and I told my munchkin that she would as she had fun with her siblings and cousins. As she walked over to my fiancé, I explained to Kelly what had happened. Without any hesitation she told me to hold on and gave my daughter and our family some extra incentives and said, whatever we can do to help her smile again, even just for now. Let us know if you need anything else. A few moments later Miles, the manager came over and gave us extras. When my princesa went to the jumping area, Avesto greeted her and spent genuine one on one time with her teaching her how to do tricks. Miles also came to our assistance in the arcade section and the snack stand. For about 2-3 hours of today, my little girl smiled, laughed, and was happy. I cannot thank all of the staff at Rebounderz enough. You went above and beyond for our family. Without any reques or prompting from our part. No other reason than to help our little girl smile again. Aside from Avesto, Kelly, and Miles, there were a few other staff members that stepped up and helped us out throughout our time there and we did not get their names, but we thank you. Thank you so so so much for bringing back her smile today! We will be visiting again soon.

I really am disgusted with the pessimistic customer service. I attended Rebounderz in the past and never had an issue until I came across the most rude and racist general manager LINDSEY. My party and I came in for a good time to be turned back for an issue so small as in being two years under age to play dodgeball. Lindsey had terrible customer service and couldnt understand where the "customer is always right". After accommodating our needs she turned around with two other staff members to talk about me as if I wasnt in front of her. Moreover, as the game began a portion of my party had to wait in the trampoline over and warm up just to be told that "we arent allowed to jump in there" when clearly last time we were allowed to. Furthermore, rules changed from day to night in which werent explained until already being inside the arena. The employees for the exempt of two were nasty and murmured beneath their breaths speaking about my party. Additionally, a white party arrived as well and they were treated with the upmost respect and honor but my party was treated unfairly and given the hardest time. I will not be recommending this place to any family members nor friends.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!
