Breakwater Beach Waterpark was absolutely hands down fantastic. I am the Principal of The Education Academy in Lanoka Harbor-a private school for students with special needs. We had 22 students PreK -Eighth and 15 staff members who all cannot stop talking about how much fun they had. The place is immaculate, staffed to the max with helpful friendly faces who truly look like they love and enjoy their jobs as well as security and members of local law enforcement who are clearly visible. The pathways are clearly marked and lifeguards abound both on the actual rides and on the ground continually monitoring. Christine in guest relations was exceptional as was Dana and Brendan. The food looked awesome and I hope to get lunch for the kids next year as we are definitely returning. My fellow educators if you were hesitant to take this plunge-just reach out to me-it was a stress free and most enjoyable trip! Thanks Breakwater Beach!!

This is a review of their website and purchasing system. I have never been to the park before and trying to figure out what to purchase and how much to purchase is extremely confusing. For example, if I buy the $200 Surf Card, how many rides on average will 2 people get to go on? On promotional days, like Wristband Wednesdays, is a Surf Card still needed? Does the Surf Card get you onto the SkyCoaster, which seems to have separate pricing in dollars vs. tokens? Then they tack on early bird admission and preview nights, etc. and it makes my head spin. I like to plan in advance and I really cant with this place because I cant be sure what I need to purchase (and Im only planning to visit once this summer, so I dont want a $200 card I dont need). Make your pricing more transparent and understandable.

Really not the best outdoor waterpark to be in. Its not anything like Sahara Sams Oasis or CoCo Key Water Resort or even Six Flags Hurricane Harbor. Theyre just trying to copy and compete with Six Flags Hurricane Harbor also theyre only open in the summer because its an outdoor waterpark not an indoor water park like Sahara Sams Oasis or CoCo Key Water Resort. And theyre water slides are very dangerous to ride on you can easily slip off and break your bones from riding on theyre water slides. They could at least improve theyre attractions and stop trying to compete against Six Flags Hurricane Harbor! Sahara Sams Oasis and CoCo Key Water Resort is so much better!!!

Casino pier is great. But i went to breakwater beach today and my kids 2 and 6 were having fun. We got hungry and tried to get food at one of the concession stands. It was 1pm. As we were in line(for a while) my kids wanted pretzels. I finally got to the register and they told me they didnt have any pretzels left. My kids were upset. So i walked up to the other concession and waited in like at least 15 minutes before i decided to leave the park. As we left through the gift shop we werent even asked if we were going to comeback. Some of the worst customer service ever and a waste of money

My daughter liked it, since shes 13 we were able to let her and a friend go on the rides while we waited in the car and did a little shopping on the boardwalk. So we felt it was safe enough to allow that but thats not usually the case, she calls me a helicopter mom cuz Im always everywhere she goes! The prices I thought were high and wont be back till next year. Its cheaper to go to six flags as we do every August for her birthday usually with 5 or 6 friends spend the whole day till closing and it works out being cheaper per person than the boardwalk and the kids seem to enjoy it more!

I have been coming to this pier since I was 7 and I have so many memories here. I work here now and I have to say it is one of the best things that couldve happened to me. Everyone is so welcoming and resourceful. Those of you who are unsatisfied with our business, On my behalf I apologize, and I truly urge you to come back and give us a second try. I guarantee you will have fun here whether you are 9 or 90! this is a great place to bring your family. We also have Breakwater Beach and Casino Arcade as well. :)

Very frustrated. Today for the 2nd time this year, I tried to bring out of town guests to Breakwater Beach. I drove the 30 minutes one way to find it was closed due to the weather. I understand you cant control the weather but you can let people know the park is closed. I went on your website, checked facebook and called the number. I didnt hear or see anything saying the park was closed. Is there a weather number I am unfamiliar with that i should be calling ? Am I missing the notification ?

What a fantastic and fun place! Great security presence too...we felt very safe. The burgers are inedible and the kids working concessions are clearly not being trained or managed well...But, thats not their fault and they were very nice! The wave pool is literally better than Mandalay Bays, in Las Vegas. The lazy river is nice, but I wish it moved just a BIT quicker. I know it is a lazy river, but there are some points where it literally doesnt move.

It just your simple boardwalk. Seaguls, ice Cream stores, candy stores, food shops, good venders, Games, Arcades, Beaches, no Tramcar though xD but its Jersey. Your not gonna get fancy on the boardwalk. Its cheap and fun there. Great place for kids. I dont know how to tell you about it besides is just your basic boardwalk. On the other side though there is mini gold and go-karts (they dont go fast) but overall its okai

Casino pier is located at my favorite place on Earth, the Jersey Shore at Seaside Heights. This place is where family memories are made. If you love lights, sounds, and people this is a great place for you. You will see all kinds of things here. There are plenty of food options in this area, games for both adults and children, rides, and you can usually find a performer on the boards demonstrating their abilities.

My family and I have gone to Seaside 3 summers and this was our first summer going to the water park. We got their early to take advantage of the early bird special since their is 5 of us and it gets costly. The lines we long but moved super quick. Once in my husband, our 3 kids and myself were non stop, we spent about 5 hrs here and we still didnt want to leave. Def recommend.
