I have a really big big complaint....I made a point of asking on here and calling Central Pier to see if prepaid credit cards were able to be use as payment for the Go Karting and I was told YES! Well guess what, when I gave the prepaid credit card for payment the lady told me it was declined and I told her there was no way because I had just used it....The lady was very rude and just plain mean....I am glad I had cash with me....This is something that should not have happened....Get your act together people! My daughter had also lost money in one of the machines and the guy pretty much told her she was a liar and there is no way she put money in the machine....I was there with my son watching her and she did put money in the machine...She walked away upset and I do not blame her...The whole trip to Central Pier was a disaster...Thank god they had a great time on the rest of the trip....Never again would I go there and I am not recommending it to anyone who asks... By the way, I usually NEVER complain or post anything like this but I am upset and want people to just watch their backs when it comes to making sure you call and make a point of asking certain questions and getting a response obviously just to get you to come and give Central Pier your business...

Denise Ames you mentioned you had just used your prepaid credit card before it was declined at the boardwalk. That has happened to me before and the reason was I used it at a gas pump and when you do that with a prepaid they put a hold of like $250 on the card until 3-4 days later when the transaction fully clears. To avoid this you must go in and tell the cashier you want $40 on pump 1 or whatever and pay as credit inside for the exact amount you want to use. Otherwise if you use at pump it gets that absurdly high hold placed against the card causing denials over the next few days. Just a thought as it sounded familiar to me.

Dont come here. Me and my girlfriend went in just to check it out. Inside, this guy at a carnival-type basketball game tricked us into paying 10 dollars after making us play before paying him. We decided not to pay and leave and he wouldnt let us, he said he was going to call the police. I cant believe a place thats designed for children has someone so dishonest working there, it makes me think that while the Casinos are robbing gamblers, this place is robbing children.

3 Adults and 3 kids went in December. It was warm and fun. By far the best in AC. The staff does their job by explaining games and getting you to spend money. The difference here is the prizes are not all dollar store junk and the prize value was higher than normal. The kids had fun and I had fun winning tickets for them. Very clean. I would like to come back when the pier is open.

My friends that told me this place was an amazing stop to have fun. Sadly I didnt have any fun here. Most of the here is rather boring and seems so outdated. Its so dirty here too. The fowl scent I always smell here always make me wanna throw up. I might be too old for this place, but I can tell you its surely not for me. Might be different for you.

Its a boardwalk arcade, though small. Not the best, but not the worst, but having a location on a pier on the atlantic city boardwalk makes it a neat stop. Games have reasonable prices even though dated, but the impossible claw machines, and their massive presence, is a detractor For customers.

By far best Arcade in Atlantic City, and probably most other places. Prizes are very reasonable for the price, you can get tickets fast for little money. Staff is very nice and super helpful. However, claw machines and ballet toss games are ripoffs. Best game is "SpongeBob Pineapple Arcade"!

My son had it of fun, but the claw games are rigged. Those are the only games my son wanted to play , now I know the claw machines are hard to begin with but the few times we did pick something up right before it was to drop in the prize box the claw jerked back and the prize fell

Besides the overpriced arcade games, this is a fun little area along the boardwalk. There are also a few carnival games, a paintball range and outdoor go-karts. The area could use some updating/renovations, but other than that its an entertaining stop.

Just think that the machines are rigged to not let you get a stuffed animal several times my child got the dog on and in hook and right when arm of machine starts to move arm opens dont think it should be doing that but kids had a great time anyway..

Decent place and arcade. No food like Steel Pier, but definitely superior with cleanliness and Go-Kart. Actually pretty nice arcade with decent prizes even for young adults! They even have Playstation 3 to win! Dont expect to ever though.

Absolutely terrible, I come to Atlantic city specifically to play at this arcade, and they closed down as soon as I got there, which is also 7 hours early! Wasted 3 hours of my life to come to AC and couldnt even do anything

Theres many games for kids. Includes from claw machines to shooting paintball to racing go karts. Its not crowded and there is many arcade games so you dont have to wait for someone.

The games will steal your money but the employees opened up the machines every time. They even gave us some extra tickets that were lying around. The Walking Dead game was great!

The claw games get very nerve racking every time we tried to get something it picked it up and then dropped it most likely some are rigged I reccommend getting that fixed...

Bunch of claw games meant to take your money and more carnival games meant to do the same. Small go kart track but it did not seem to have many good games at all.

We usually go for the claw games. Not unreasonable. Arcade games and prizes there also good for little kids. Not as good as Point Pleasant.

Fun to hang out with family and friends. But, dont expect to win anything. Everything is rigged to take your money.

One of my favorite places to blow $100. Unlike the casino you are pretty much guaranteed to get something.

Nothing exciting. They do have a lot of claw machines. However not as enjoyable as other arcades Ive been.
