AMAZING! That is all I can say about Funtopia USA. I have recently attended a birthday party here for my niece and then later came here just for a day of fun with my own children. I will first explain my experience at the birthday party, my sister threw a party here for my niece and we all had a blast from the funky disco where the kids danced and played games! They all had a blast and some of the adults including myself were busting a move to the cha cha slide. Once we moved into the party room we had some yummy pizza, played a game of lazer tag which was really fun and my kids kept begging me to come back so they can play it over and over again. After the party room time was finished we were able to go play with all the arcade games and new attractions for as long as we wanted! I am so happy that I found this place the prices are reasonable, its very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful! My kids begged me for about two weeks to come back to Funtopia, we decided to make a day trip out of it. Once we purchased our admission (which includes a free return pass which is awesome!!!!) we played in the arcades, rode the bumper cars, and used the new attractions they have the time freak and the balladium. Overall Funtopia gets 5 stars in my book! We will definitely be back to play and celebrate birthdays for years to come! We seriously love Funtopia!!!!

This place is terrible! !!!!...... never ever ever have your childrens party here. I had my daughters 4th party here. We came 30 mins late, the first thing the waitress says is "I have to warm your food since your so late".....excuse me!......so we missed my daughters disco dance thing. ....there was no entertainment from them whatsoever and the waitress kept leaving the room with the juice. ...really??. The pizza was stiff and tasteless. If you have the room for 90 minutes you cant go into the arcade....booring!!!.... if you close out early you dont get that money back....they tried to charge me for balloons that I did not want and came and removed them from the room.....the decorations were cheap....I could have brought my own but I would be paying for their cheap paper plates and cups anyways. Then they gave my baby a tote bag and a water bottle as a gift...smh. its definitely not worth the money.....you would have a better time at Chuck e cheese. My baby didnt even enjoy herself at all

If there was a lower rating than one star i would have given this place. The WORST place ever to do a child birthday party. Very much disorganized. We were given 90 mins of room time and the host disappear for 60 mins. the kids were boring and running all over the room and outside the room. my guest were not happy. The pizza were frozen microwave ( i guess they got all the frozen stuff from BJs which is next door) and no juices. BE CAREFUL WITH THERE FEE. I paid for the package of eleven got hit with nineteen. they added some of the adults and billed me for it. which run my bill OVER $850. I was embarrassed when i asked when the kids will receive their goody bags and was told that I have to pay for it. Was like WHAT. I was charged $3:50 each and had to bring my own birthday cake. SUCKS! Screw you funtopia not me again with my family. I will share this bad experience with my friends and other to never ever book a party at your place.

So I am going out of my way to right a review about this place because of how out of the way they went to give my kids a couple hours of actual fun and that was affordable to me- they loved it and I loved it! It was another great experience at Funtopia a lot because of how friendly the staff is to me and my kids, super CLEAN (I am such a germaphobe when it comes to these other kid center/ family fun places and all the areas at Funtopia were very up to par!). My kids absolutely loved the lazer tag, and I feel pretty confident that they would be able to throw a great birthday party without me having to spend a ton. The car ride back/rest of the week was a lot about my kids asking "when can we come back?"; and OBVIOUSLY we will definitely be coming back. I will probably have my husband or a sitter chaperone them though so I can go shop around lol since it is conveniently in a mall.

Not the cleanest place in the world. Staff mostly apathetic towards the disarray of the place and many games are often broken, my son pointed out a pile of dead cockroaches in the play area and the wack a mole handle literally has two big nails sticking out of it. Look in the pictures for my son holding the hammer with no head and two big sharp nails sticking out of it. If this was a white upper-class community there wouldve been 10 affluent parents throwing a fit about such deplorable conditions but because this is a middle to lower class facility, nobody seems to care at all and it is the kind of expected dangerous nonsense that persists here a and no one seems to fix it.

Not a good experience at all. We celebrated my sons birthday here and It was a huge disappointment. First we arrived just 10 minutes early and they told us that we couldnt come in until the exact time that the party was suppose to start, so they had us just standing there with no place to sit and wait. The person at the front was very rude and acted as if he didnt care when I told them that was no way to do business. Once they finally allow us to come in they do things very fast just to get you in and out as soon as possible. I mean all they want is your MONEY.! hey, thats understandable after all is a business, but please show a little concern for your paying customers.

The worse. Bad manners horrible Customer Service and staff approaches with attitude if you need something from them. Took my 2 year old and he needed help getting out of the Tunnels/slides so I went in to get my son. I got screamed at like if I was going to break the dam thing. Went there thinking that it would be better then Chuck e Cheese turned out to be 10 times worse. Staff needs to be told that is a kids fun zone. If you work with or around kids and get mad because kids are doing kids like stuff. Then you should find yourself a different Job if you dont have the patience to deal with Kids. This place doesnt even deserve the one Star.

Ive been having parties for my children at Chuck E Cheese for years and this year I decided to have it somewhere else so Ive been looking around and I found this cool place that looks good online well when I finally visited it. This place is horrible environment the food is disgusting the price is ridiculous the service is horrible. I just could not believe this is what was being advertised online as great fun place for children. I definitely would not recommend this place yes chuck e cheese is always crowded but at least you feel important with the service and your children are able to enjoy themselves
