Love coming here to hear the RPO -always a great experience. Saw Norm Lewis here in January - -he was great but the experience was ruined by two chatty patrons. Theater mgt tried to speak to them, but they continued as soon as he walked away. Disappointed that we paid for premium seats to hear a Broadway singer & had to endure"noise pollution". We asked mgt to move them to the rear of the section(empty seats available), didnt happen.

This place regularly gets 5-stars. Honestly, I wanted to find a way to give it four, but then I thought, "What could they do better?" I couldnt think of a way. The staff there is excellent. The facilities are top notch. The performances are fantastic.

This is a lovely theater. The seats are modern, roomy, and very comfortable. The classical art in the lobby is beautiful. The staff are courteous and friendly. The acoustics defy physics and King Crimson sounded wonderful!

Always such amazing events happening here that are well organized and... Special. I just especially love when the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra performs here. The art is also very very beautiful.
