My husband and I were married in Wilmington in October. We knew that the day would end up being a blur, and were very intent on making sure we had hired a great photographer to capture our big day. I have known Ray Baca, the owner of Baca Photography, for several years on a personal level. He has photographed a few weddings that I have been at, but nothing prepared me for the extraordinary job he did for us! He had a second photographer, his collegue, Meg, who was also with us shooting for the day. From the moment he arrived at our house when we were getting ready, he was totally in control of every move we made. He kept us all on track (which is very difficult when youre dealing with a wedding party and ring bearer, along with father of the bride - all in a very contained space), and made sure we stuck to our timeline. This was my one and only experience being a bride, and yet it was as if Ray had been a bride himself hundreds of times before. He knew everything I needed to do, asked all the right questions, and handled our families with such grace. From the ceremony to the reception, and every step in between, we are thrilled to know we have some stellar pictures awaiting us. The sneak peaks we have seen thus far have blown our minds. He knew the right places to go for great backdrops, and was so efficient that we got to maximize the time we spent celebrating with our families. There were multiple guests and friends who gave us compliments on how wonderful Ray and Meg were through the entire event. Perhaps the best comment came from my dad, a soft-spoken guy, who was slightly nervous about his Father of the Bride speech. Ray prepped him before, gave him a pep talk, and even made sure he had a drink for toasting. My dad was blown away that he took those few moments just to make sure he was doing okay and feeling good before his big moment. Words cannot express how perfect things flowed, and I attribute all of it to Ray and Megs help. They are exceptional at their job and I fully intend on recommending them to any and all of my friends and family for future events.

The Loft on Front was absolutely amazing for my wedding (ceremony & reception) this past weekend 12.4.16. From the first time I met Ray to the last min of my wedding he by far out did himself. He is very detailed with his brides, catering, DJ, Photographer and flipping the venue... His assistant Carrie was great from the time I arrived at 10am till I left at 10pm. She was on point on EVERY DETAIL and the NEEDS I had.. THEY made my day smooth and worry free. I definitely recommend THE LOFT ON FRONT for ANY party, wedding or special occasion because I know I will use him again.. RAY you are amazing and a HUGE THANK you for making my DAY AMAZING.....

The Loft was THE PERFECT place to get ready as a bride. It made me feel like a celebrity on my wedding day and I got the most gorgeous pictures. The owner was amazing and kept dropping in to make sure I was having the best day ever. As a bride, I can not stress this enough: make room in your budget to get ready here. My day would not have been half as amazing without The Loft. They were worth every penny and then some!

The loft is a great customizable space for events and dining parties. The clean lines of the decor are the perfect contrast to the spaces orignal walls and flooring. This space is bursting with character and easily transformed to any vision. Ray is a delight to work with making any occasion one to remember.
