Ive attended several functions (birtdays/work events) on both the Infinity and Ovation and each event was incredible. From the moment you approach the yacht to the moment you leave the event, its a "Five Star" experience. This organization shows its brilliance in the detail that is given to the menu, music and customer service. Its obvious that the crew loves what they do and want everyone on board to experience nothing but the best! Of course Im forgetting to mention the obvious...the incredible view from the boat. Sunset and night cruises are amazing!!! I look forward to my next event on one of your yachts!

I recently planned an employee appreciation event that took place on the Ovation. Every step of the way we received excellent service from the staff at the Ovation…from the initial phone call all the way through the planning and the actual event. Their attention to detail and follow up throughout the planning process was outstanding. Once on board, the food was excellent, the staff was great, and everyone really enjoyed themselves and appreciated the unique experience the Ovation provides. We would definitely recommend it, and would love to have another event on the Ovation!

Recently I organized a summer outing for our company which was a beautiful trip on the Infinity. We had approximately 90 people aboard and enjoyed a three hour cruise. The food was outstanding - something for everyone - chosen from various menus available. The drinks were outstanding, dessert and coffee bar were exceptional. We had a steel drummer which all passengers loved - he literally had everyone participating. The day was beautiful, the staff was very attentive and friendly and made for a very fun excursion for our associates. Cant wait until next Summer!!

I have been on the Infinity and Ovation a few different times. I can honestly say it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in Detroit. The staff are attentive and hospitable and very hard working. My community has also had a private party on this yacht about 3 years ago. People still talk about how incredible the service was and how amazing the food was. The venue itself is the best venue Detroit has to offer by far. These yacht charters are the jewel of Detroit. I would recommend this venue to everyone.

When we were planning my bosses wedding we had to do a last minute venue change due to the wedding guest list growing. When we booked with Infinitaty and Ovations. Everything was handled very smoothly. They double checked to make sure everything was ready ahead of time. Laura and her staff are excellent. We couldnt have been more pleased. They escorted my boss and his wife around the boat and annouced everything that was going to happen from the toast, cake cutting, first dance, ect. Great job everyone

We celebrated a work "surprise" outing for employees of our hospital. We chose the Infiity yacht for our function. What a pleasure from the beginning to the end. Allison was our coordinator who worked with us booking the event, helping us get entertainment and even helped the day of our event. The staff was the most personable that I have experienced in a very long time. I am thinking of other functions to hold on either Yacht. Wonderful Experience!!

I have attended numerous parties over the last 17 years on the Infinity and Ovation Yachts and everyone of them have been top notch. Starting with a high school graduation party to my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary, and even a company retreat. They all have been great. Cruising down the Detroit River during a summer evening is one of the best possible ways you can experience Detroit, not to mention the great food. I would highly recommend!

She guided me through the planning process with helpful hints and suggestions. The staff on the yacht were all very friendly and attentive. I have been on both the Infinity and Ovation yachts several times. Each time Ive brought a large group of friends and everyone enjoyed themselves. I especially like how many employees are aboard the ships. You never have to wait long to get a drink or to have an empty plate taken away. If you have the opportunity, I would highly recommend taking a cruise on one of these yachts.

Absolutely horrible experience! We had my wedding party on the ovation and the next day half of my guests had food poisoning! The service on the boat was terrible and when I tried to complain to the general manager Steven he blew me off and was extremely rude! Dont spend any of your hard earned money with this company because they dont care about you once they have your money!

They are amazing! I am blown away. I had a misunderstanding of a few things and they completely resolved it. Our wedding is coming in August and I cannot wait to see what they have in store for us because so far everything has been fast, quick, easy and now stress free. The GM made sure to take care of us and it is greatly appreciated!

Ive been on several cruises in the last 2 years and every one was amazing! Even a torrential downpour didnt stop the party atmosphere. The crew are top notch and really seem to enjoy their work (who wants an unhappy server or bartender around). I definitely plan on attending at least two more this year.

Cool place to throw a party! Attended a wedding and bride-groom said it was best idea they ever had to do entire ceremony & reception on the boat...one stop deal allowed for different decks encouraging people to roam and mingle with rest of guests.
