I have camped at this Campground several times before 8/16/17 and have never had any issues. But this time camping was a real stinker. We have relatives that live in Clarksville so we come and go many times during the day, and our relatives come to visit us. We all know they need parking passes and they do not stay late (after 9 PM) But this time, we were harassed each time we drove into the campground. Every time, we were told where to park, that we needed a parking pass, what the speed limit was and many, many other rules that are common to every campground around the United States! We were also asked our camp site number and repeatedly told our check out time and day. We were camping the weekend before the eclipse - so that may have had something to do with this harassment. Just being made to feel that we trespassers and that we were 5 years old was horrible. We are experienced campers and know the common sense rules and regulations.

Not a great campground. Its very noisy ALL the time next to the busy highway and a junk place next door to boot. Tiny laundry, only 4 washers and 4 dryers that close early. Sites are very close together, our picnic table is literally right beside our neighbors sewer, disgusting. We had to unhook our water and didnt have toilet access because it got cold and they shut the water off, even though we paid for it. Not very friendly. The Wi-Fi is worthless and the are about 10 local access channels, no cable. This campground is more for one night lay overs, not one to go to for any kind of vacation. Not at all worth the price per night. Nothing entertaining is close, but there are lots of food places and some shopping nearby.

Great for new RVers. This was our first RV trip, and Clarksville R.V. Park was easy to find, get in and out of, navigate on the park, set up in our level spot, and met our expectations. To contradict some complaints about the noise of the interstate or the junkyard. we were on the side closer to the junkyard and barely heard it over our A/C unit and camper radio during the times we were there during the day. At night, our A/C drowned out the interstate white noise. Anyone researching locations would see the proximity to the interstate, and other attractions make this the best place to stay. We plan to return to explore more of the area and if we use an RV, well plan to stay here.

Renovated old KOA campground. Well-maintained but sites - all pull-throughs- are tightly spaced. Utilities next to picnic tables. Mature shade trees are also nice but block opening awning. Didnt see any fire rings. Across the street from wrecking yard. May be hard to get to for east-bounders as there is no stop light or sign to aid left turn traffic. Staff was friendly and efficient but my CC was declined - when I checked with card company they said card was OK and that it was probably an issue with the card reader. A good amount of nearby freeway noise is unavoidable. Awakened at 7 am by neighbor power-washing his rig. This park is OK for the night.

Nice place, friendly people. Good location being right off Interstate 24. Did have lots of road noise, but again it was off the interstate. Was a junk yard across the road, but evergreens do hide it....if you were there during the day I am sure it would hear noise from it. We stayed two nights but were busy during the day with things around Clarksville...lots of things to do in the area. Didnt check out the laundry area, but the showers were very cleaned. Sites were drive thru, gravel, but very close. Didnt offer any frills but it worked for what we needed.

Awesome campground! My family and I stayed here last weekend. We stayed in the camper cabins. The cabins were great and air conditioned. The pool is big, clean and refreshing. The laundry facilities are clean and in great shape. Lots of shopping and nice restaurants close by. Only 55 minutes from Nashville. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My family and i felt very comfortable and safe here. Very very clean and well maintained campground. My family and I will definitely come back and stay here again!

Our family has stayed here a few times in our 30ft MH w/toad. Full hookups 30/50, clean, quiet (even with the interstate) plenty of space between sites, level, easy access on and off the interstate, bathrooms and laundry facility are very clean, slow WiFi (our only complaint) they have propane to refill your tank and a dump station for those that dont use the full hookup sites. Military/Good Sam discount and others. The owners are wonderful people! We will stop here again when we are passing through.

Interstate noise is awful. We expected some noise from the Interstate but this was unreal. Could not even hold a conversation. The park put us at the camp site closest to the Interstate even though other sites were available further from the Interstate. It would help if the park set up would turn the campers around so you are not facing the Interstate. Bugs were terrible. Infested with flies, mosquitoes, and sweat bees. Bring deet if you plan to stay here. Otherwise clean and well kept.

Stopped by for one night passing through, man flies up on a golf cart telling us we cannot have a fire because it kills the grass (if they are worried about gras they should hire a better lawn crew). Told us that its supposed to be below freezing and if the waterlines freeze then we owe $250. Very unpleasant man throwing a temper tantrum. Stay away from this place unless you are parking and using nothing but electricity or you might have a rendezvous with the oldest child in Tennessee.

Superbe camping Piscine très propre camping bien tenu et accueil chaleureux. Seul souci... La casse auto à 50m de là. Dès 06h30 vous aurez droit à un réveil sous les camions qui reculent et les grues qui soulèvent les carcasses.

Loved it here. Clean, Quiet, Friendly, level, and very little noise from the interstate. *update November 2015. - stay here again in mid-November, and its still the same fantastic park I remember. My only complaint is that the Internet here is just awful. At 7 PM, Midnite, and it 5 AM, I was getting 56K modem speed transfer rates. (Think 1999 AOL). I would be a monthly resident here if they could get the Internet speed up.

Facilities are very clean. Staff was very unclear and after making a reservation arrived to find things very different than what we expected. Put up a shadesetter for our toddler and was promptly asked to take it down. Will likely not return. Shared fire pits, inconsistent hours in office and pool. Had an event keeping that the "common area" we were told anyone can use locked up.

My wife and I have been to Clarksville RV Park and Campground 4 times. Each time turns out to be a longer stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, And the bathrooms are the cleanest among all the campgrounds that we have stayed at. This year we noticed some little improvements, as if it needed any. East access to Hwy 24 makes it a must stop along your way.
