Honestly this is one of the worst theaters around. We went last year on Fathers Day (when it was raining all day) and they only had two people working. My father had to watch the movie by himself for 45 minutes while I waited in line to get us some food. I wrote to them after the Fathers Day incident, and heard nothing back, not even an apology for being so unprepared. The last time we went was for the 3D opening of Batman vs. Superman and the 3D was out of focus, they "fixed" it but it was still blurry and when I went to ask if they could fix it again, the manager said "not enough people complained" so they wouldnt do it. After the movie several other people went up to complain, and the lady pretty much said too bad. Horribly run theater. Dont waste your time. Go down the road to the theater in Fitchburg.

The theater itself where you watch your movie is decent, with basic, but comfortable, seating - Id give this part 4/5 stars. The restrooms and main lobby are what sink this rating to 3 stars. The mens bathroom was dirty, and the urinals especially were old, didnt flush properly, and were jammed with trash from previous patrons. The main lobby reeked of cigarettes, thanks to a smoking area right outside the front doors. I wouldnt necessarily avoid this theater actively. Its the only movie place around for many, and in my own experience has been a place for families, friends, and dates. I think the clean, basic vibe can work for this place. But until "clean" extends to the whole venue, I dont think Ill be rushing back.

I went to a movie at Entertainment Cinemas in Leominster a few months ago and was shocked at how rundown the place is now. Bathroom was disgusting, seats were incredibly uncomfortable and the theater I was in had several broken seats. The owner really needs to put some serious money into updating this theater. Weve since switched to Cinema World in Fitchburg as our primary theater, which was recently redone and is just as inexpensive (if not cheaper) and far, far cleaner and nicer. The food at Cinema World is also way better (and cheaper) too. Hopefully theyll do a complete rehab of this theater and consider putting in reclining, reserved seating like in AMC theaters.

Absolutely disgusting. I cant believe the board of health has not shut this place down. Appalling. Used to go here all the time as a child, what a disgrace. Seats are sticky, floors throughout building are gross, bathrooms- I have no words to describe the lack of upkeep. I think my next call will be the board of health. I cant believe someone gave this place more than a 1 star. Yes, prices are great, yes they place good upcoming movies but that is NO EXCUSE for the disgusting filth of a building this place is. So sad.

Absolutely disgusting. Ive been to this theater many times before and not once had a problem however after going today and having to sit in cinema 1, a hot, humid, smelly theater with the wall decor tearing in most places, it wasnt a pleasent experience. The only 3 staff members visible during the time i was there were two busy playing on there phones to pick up the carton of spilt popcorn on the floor and one of the womens restroom was out of order then the stalls in the open restroom were flooded or broken.

It was my first time in Massachusetts i came to visit my daughter for a week and i enjoy myself at the movies eventhough its only been a year my been living there we are from Philadelphia only thing i couldnt buy anything because that was the last movie showing for the night i should of got me something before i sat down i think it was like 9 or 9: 30 but the worker was very nice he said he had just closed he was sorry

Reclining chair I sat in was a little uneven. Left side high and right side slightly lower. Popcorn was so Salty. It could have been used in the winter to melt snow/ ice. I will never buy their popcorn again. Also an usher four times during the movie, kept entering and going to the left front area. Must have been checking a door open or unlocked? This was the main cinema in the area but as times have progressed this movie theater has lagged behind. Now it just seems dirty and old. Seats are sometimes broken and lean back a little too easily. Ticket sales are outside during busy times (which is fun in the cold) and inside at the concession stand leading to confusion of where to go.

the staff here is weirdly unfriendly the few times Ive had to talk to them, but otherwise its a nice enough theater inside. its pretty nineties in there and theres nothing new or modern in terms of food/seating, but on the plus side its almost always empty in the theater, even if its a movies opening night.

Been going to this cinema for years. Not the greatest but not bad by any means. Good concession menu, comfortable seating. (secret) you can call and reserve the movie posters they hang on the walls, and theyll give them to you after they take them down!

clean, cheap admission, not crowded, friendly staff. only drawbacks are that tickets are purchased outside, not fun when its cold, windy, rainy, snowy or a mix of any of those and the popcorn is usually stale and not cheap.

Its a basic theater -- prices are good, seats are fine, but dont recline. Popcorn was fresh and tasty, but not many candy choices. No healthy options. Ticket booth is outside which is inconvenient if its cold out.

A good, decent priced, movie theater. Its got an older style to it, and is not like a lot of newer theaters in terms of style. But, we enjoyed our movie and the staff was friendly!

Not only did I have to see a movie in a theater with no heat tonight but I came out to find my car had been sprayed with shaving cream! Needless to say, Im not going back.

Decent theater. Its kept clean, and prices are reasonable. For big blockbusters we will travel farther, but its better than the other similar options.
