I just saw the 9:45pm showing of the bye bye man and left extreamly displeased. I have always gone to the Niagara Falls regal anytime I wanted to see a movie but I certainly will think twice for now on before going to this theater again. The whole back end of the crowd was talking and I thought it wouldve died down as soon as the movie started but this continued the whole duration of the movie. The only reason we stayed is for the hope of people to stop talking and watch the movie they paid for. Not only were people talking loud enough to the point you could barely hear the movie but the people in the back were throwing candy towards people sitting in the front. Along with that someone had a whistle that they blew every couple of minutes. Not to mention people constantly turning their phones flashlight on for whatever reason when they were seated. I could not believe how unprofessional this situation was handled and I expected more from the regal staff. Its truly unfortunate the office was closed so that they were unable take a complaint or refund any customer. Please use this as a lesson of how a business should not handle a situation like this.

Yes the price is very high. I usually go to Four Seasons Cinemas down the road, for most movies but if i really want to see a movie or one that seems to be really good i come here for the best quality. There have been many times where i pull in or leave the theater with cop cars outside, i dont know if its for something such as break ins or fights. They are excellent with solving problems such as bad and loud people. I went there once when the movie being played had sound and picture issues, they were right on top of it and fixed it, they offered a refund of the tickets, but we chose to stay. If there is a big movie coming out and they know there will be a big turnout, undercover and uniformed cops are always there in the theater and outside. Only reason i wouldnt give it a 5 star is the price.

High quality movies and wonderful staff. The people who work at this specific regal are very generous. The manager just gave me 2 FREE movie tickets yesterday because i had an expired gift certificate for 15 bucks. Go to this one every time its great. It is not bad as some people say. There are NO gang wars in the parking lot and they DO have cameras and police in the parking lot. Trust me its safe i live right next to it. The only thing is, it a little expencive. Buy your own candy from dollar tree not too far from there. They got the same candy but i digress just go its nice

Me and my friends go here just about every week for a different flick sometimes two times a week not because its a nice place per say its just closer to where we live and its definitely time for some new changes. Seats are old, dirty, and just worn out and very uncomfortable, The whole place in general is run down. Could use more food choices...heres idea...beat your rivals AMC and make it a dine in movie theater, where waitresses bring you food and drinks to your seat...but the food has to be a little bit better than your average movie food.

Adequate, but it is showing some signs of age. We have been going here for years to see movies. Im starting to notice some of the seats are a bit worn and have some rips/tears in them. Overall, a pretty good place, just it would be nice to see some updates/upgrades to the theater itself. Another year or two without any, and it will start to look a bit run down. Many places we see movies around the country when on vacation are getting updates/upgrades now, time for the Regal in Niagara Falls to follow suit.

Ive never looked at a review for any other Regal anywhere in North America, but I would imagine every one of them has people whining that its too expensive. :-). This place is awesome, as far as Im concerned. I only see about 2 or 3 first run movies a year at best, and I always drive up to this one from Tonawanda, as its never crowded. And I mean never, weekdays, weekends, day, night. Always plenty of elbow room.

Complain about prices all you like, but in the end, Regal Stadium 12 delivers exactly what you want. Feature films and concessions with a great staff behind it all. For those who dont know, bringing movies to a theater is no cheap business. Ticket sales dont go to the theater, so theyre left with the concession sales to make the most of their profit. If theres anyone to blame, its Hollywood.

Needs some renovation. Once the Movie starts, things are OK, and they seem to at least keep it clean. However, many of the seats are dirty and worn (some seats the cushions are so worn you can feel yourself sinking in really far and the fabric on many is dirty and worn very thin.) The layout of the seats is nice, just it is time they do some renovations to keep this place acceptable.

The theater is decent but the seats are filthy. I took my 7 year old son to see Rogue One on Saturday and we looked at several seats and could not find one that looked clean. It was hard to get comfortable with the disgusting seats. I think some professional cleaning or remodeling of the seating is in order. The staff is friendly though and pricing is reasonable.

I actually like this movie theatre, its clean and has great service. But overall bringing the family to the movies is pricey, so I try to only come on Tuesdays for cheap night. Itd be great it they offered more incentives or just shaked things up a bit to bring something new to the theatre more often. Id probably be more inclined to go and break my bank lol.

I usually go to the movies on one of my day offs probly about twice a month...the people are respectful and the movies are nice and quiet with comfortable seating but the concession stands are always backed up .. You usually wait about 10 minutes to get popcorn or whatever you so desire... other than that its a nice place to go and see a new movie!

This theatre rooms are gross! The floors were filthy and the seats literally looked caked with dirt and grim and totally unsanitary. Never sat back to rest into the seats throughout the entire movie. Main area was clean and inviting and popcorn was fresh and tasty though.

I have always had a good experience when visiting this theater. They have good promotions with their rewards card as well as half of Tuesdays. The employees have always been nice and courteous. The theater has always been clean and the screens acceptable.

A nice and quite theater. Never too busy that you have to wait in line at the concessions and when I dropped my drink when sitting down, they offered a refill with no questions asked. A better value then Ciniplex on the Canadian side.

Great movie selection and seating (except on Tuesdays), but the prices are far too high! 12 dollars for a single ticket might not be that bad, but as a father of 3, just to see Guardians of the Galaxy, it cost me well over $60!
