Nice atmosphere and staff but in my opinion the food was just not up to par. It reminded me of hotel food. They do have apps, sandwiches and wraps and salads but I had one of two plates (they only had two and did not have a chef special this evening) that actually required some higher degree of culinary preparation and it seemed dummied down for easy execution and the taste and seasoning was severely lacking. The mashed potatoes tasted like pouch type mashed potatoes. I had a gin and tonic and I detected no tonic in the drink..it tasted like water and gin. No bubbles or crispness in the drink at all. I maybe just had a bad experience and I hope so as if the food taste every night like what I experienced tonight then I would suggest the apps and hand helds and shareabls instead one of the plates. The Brie dip was good and my wifes sandwich was good so maybe the non-plate items are a better bet. I wish them success and luck as I think as a meet and drink and gathering place they are likely very a good bet.

Tonight was the second time my partner and I went to Water into Wine for date night. Best Wine Bar in Knoxville by far. The wine selection is excellent and all food is exceptional along with great serving portions. Their service is the best Ive received in a long time. If you sit at the bar Richardo is always a pleasure, willing to give you suggestions on new things to try! The place is kept spotless. Its obvious this place is ran spectaclourly! Cadence (owner) has been present both times we have been and has made sure to stop by every time to greet and interact, extremely humble and kind. THEIR LIVE MUSIC IS A MUST!! Water into Wine is quickly becoming our favorite spot! Cant possibly say enough good things!!!

The wine menu is excellent and the food is light and very health forward. Also the cheese and charcuterie boards are made to pair perfectly with whatever wine you are drinking. The cocktail list is made with all fresh ingredients which is the theme for everything produced there. The half off glasses of wine during happy hour is always a great deal as well. This place is definitely worth a visit.

Highly recommend Water into Wine for a fun night out with friends or a date with a significant other! The service is friendly from the second you walk through the door. Drinks were great! The owner, Candace, is kind and supports her community. The atmosphere and decor is excellent including the lounge section behind the bar. The customers look like they are all having an enjoyable time.

What an amazing experience! We had a girls night to try out the place. It turned into two and a half hours of delicious wine, tasty and fresh hors doeuvres, and great conversation with the regulars. Also Candace, the owner, and her staff were all VERY welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be returning on a regular basis!

The wine I had was great as was the cheese board and Italian meatballs. Great place, New so just a couple of things they need to work on and Im sure they will. The white wine wasnt cold. They had run out of pepper boats and deviled eggs and it was just 7pm. I will go again. Hopefully they will fix these small things.

The food was fresh and delicious. The avocado rolls were exceptional even my four year old loved them. The purple rain martini was also really, really good and different. Highly recommend. Also I disagree with previous reviewer. The power salad that I had was amazing. One of the best salads Ive had.

This place is awesome. Its named a wine bar but in my mind it is a Social Wine Bar. Great staff, great owner (Candace) who gets involved at all levels. Small plates but exquisitely presented. W2W often has wine tastings paired to food. You have to swing by and try it. You will be sold I promise.

Atmosphere was on point, service was subpar. The only saving grace was the new General Manager, he took the time to sit down with us and understand why we were dissatisfied. We plan on going back once they get their staff educated on their offerings and how to treat a paying customer.

Beautiful, soothing decor along with healthy menu makes for a relaxing experience. Full cocktail menu, beer and over 100 wines available makes the selections endless. Live acoustic jazz every Saturday night form 7pm-10pm makes for a great date night. And the staff, delightful.
