Very rude service and not kid-friendly (literally). They never treat the kids with a smile. They have always been rude there but here is what happened last time I went there. My daughter and her friends wanted to use bumpers. She went up to my daughters autistic friend, told her she was too big for bumpers and would break them. She only let my 7 year old daughter use bumpers. It was my daughters first time bowling and she didnt know you have to wait until the pins were reset. She bowled before the system was ready and the lady started screaming at her, and I told her it was an accident and she said my daughter was careless and almost broke it. (Thats not it) Later, I was ordering food. While I was in line, the woman starts yelling at me because she thought I smacked my hand on the table. I say no, it was not me, then looks at a little boy and (yellingly) asks if he hit the table. (He denied but I think he did do it). Made me very uncomfortable but what kind of store yells at their customers, especially kids? We are paying customers and we did not pay to be yelled at and talked down to by their employees. I will also point out that it was the same employee who was involved with all 3 incidents.

Terrible management. This horrible women who was managing on a Saturday night took all the 7oz bowling balls away because "theyre for kids and old people only". My wifes fingers couldnt fit any other ball, PLUS shes handicapped! The manager didnt care at all and took the balls away AND ended our game session because the couple we were with basically told her to go F*** herself because of how rude and inconsiderate she was. DONT GO HERE!

MTP has over 20 lanes, all of which are in great shape and are well maintained. The staff is excellent and generally very friendly. The facility is always clean and the food and beverages are very good as far as bowling alley concessions go. I went recently and was pleasantly surprised to find upgrades in the form of tablet style scoring in place of the old consoles. These are as easy to use as you can imagine.

This is a beautiful, well kept bowling alley. Great for families and friends to have fun. However, the last few times we have been there the staff has been extremely rude and disrespectful. Including the owner and her young son. So it will be a long while before I take my kids back there. I will be giving my regular Friday night business to Spare Time instead. Which is a shame really.

This place is horrible. A bunch of racists work here. I was playing with 2 other friends in a lane and some folks next to us walked over the line while bowling. The manager came over and kicked all of us out just because we spoke the same language. My 2 friends and I did nothing wrong but got kicked out due to stereotyping racists.

This place is nice for what you pay. It has new TVs and a touchscreen for bowling so at least it doesnt have 90s tech. I come here with my friends and we always have a good time as long as the older lady isnt yelling at us for trying to spin 6 pound balls. I would give 5 stars if the lady wasnt rude to us the second we walk in.

Pay $2.50 for a 20oz fountain soda that isnt behind the counter (in general traffic area) and no refills. The person at the counter 20 feet away from me yelled at me saying there werent free refills. Some cheap owners a fountain dink literally costs 13 cents max to make.

Whenever I come home, I always visit Ten Pin for a few games. The facility is always clean, the employees are friendly, and I feel the prices are fair. The only thing I dont like is the location, I wish it was closer to Amherst St

We were there sat dec 5 for my bday and kristy and the other girl working the main center desk were very polite and helpful and they were working hard all day. The facility is also top notch!! Thank u we had a nice time!

Fun place! Expensive to play a game of bowling, as most places are. But they have a cool arcade and a standard bowling alley snack bar. Dont you dare bring your own drink in there. Theyll march you right out. Haha

I really like bringing my 4 yr old son here. He was mesmerized by all of the choices at the snack bar. We play a few games, eat too much popcorn and have a great time. Its bright, cheerful, and modern.

One of best alleys Ive been too. Clean and airy, quality house balls, state of art digital scoring and staff happy to help. Has snack stand, bar, arcades, pool tables and pro shop.
