This place should be shut down permanently....I dont know if the older lady is the owner or just an employee but she was so incredibly rude and made our 3 year old little girl cry her way out of this place. Thinking of something to do on a Saturday night we decided to go to this place for our little one to play games and pick out a toy at the end which is what a 3 year old really wants at the end of the day. After 2 hours in this place We spent $40 total trying to get enough to get the toy she wanted. Bad enough half the machines dont work right or dont work at all but worse then that was the fact that at the end of wasting 2 hours and $40 the nasty attitude women tells us the machine is frozen and to come back another time. We explain to our 3 year old that we cant get the toy she picked out and then she starts crying so loud and tears dripping down her face that we both felt so awful for her. I told the lady the card loader machine shows the balance and we can give her the card with her knowing what the balance is in exchange for the toy she wanted so she could just deduct the points when the machine comes back online right? Nope. She tells us she cant do it now so she wont do it and to come back another time, mind you this is all said with the worse attitude and for no aparent reason..All while our little one is screaming crying her brains out. We could not believe how we were treated and how little she cared out our daughters feelings or the money we spent here. I can tell you right now we will never go back to this awful place and I hope who ever is reading this takes our advice and stay for away from this broken down, terrible place..

I attended a 23Jan elementary school PTO event: "Bowling (2 hours), shoe rental and unlimited arcade games, pizza, drinks and ice cream are all included in your ticket price" was listed on the flier. Our event began at 5pm. At 5:20pm, the organizer asked for arcade cards. A staffer said that arcade cards were not included for the event. A call to the owner and ~ 25 minutes later, arcade cards began to appear. My children got their arcade cards at 5:57pm. At ~5:30pm, I asked a staffer for pizza. I was told that I had to wait for a staffer to count the people in my lane. When the pizza was ready, one slice per bowler would be delivered. My children got their one slice of pizza each at ~ 6:15pm. If you have small children who are ready for pizza at 5:15pm, you know how grumpy waiting an hour can make them. The "unlimited" ice cream was served by the same unfriendly staffer who told me I should wait for pizza. I am not sure how ice cream served by one person from ~ 6:45pm to 6:57pm with a long line (for 16 lanes each holding 2 families of bowlers) qualifies as unlimited, but by then I had given up speaking to the staff. It is lovely if the owner wants to support local schools. However, preparing at least a couple pizzas and all the arcade cards before event guests arrive, giving correct directions to staffers, and employing pleasant staff would be even better.

This is a small town vintage candle pin alley with a lot of personality and a bonus. It not only has a childs arcade with all the usual ticket-generating chuck-e-cheese style games, it also boasts a classic arcade with well preserved working relics from the early 80s including Donkey Kong, Asteroids, Tapper, and more. This place feels like its from a bygone era, but with modern updates, and is an oasis of sorts in an large suburban area that has little if any other entertainment or recreational venues. Get the kids and go check it out.

The updates are good, but were not enough. My major complaint is the fact that the electronics with the pins dont work properly. We recently used lanes 7 and lanes 8 and both were incorrect numerous times on how many pins were actually down. They need to update their software and technology so that it is accurate. On a positive note, when the lights went down and the music got loud it was a ton of fun. The arcade is good but not great.

Place sucks they charge 54 dollars for three rounds three people. Awful service. Manager dressed in normal clothes. Ball machine does not work the balls get stuck in lane when they come back. Pins are not picked up after a throw so they are are in the way and ruin the game. Hate this place DONT come here it is awful. Lady at front counter is a brat she has an awful attitude and never helps anyone and is always on her phone...... NEVER COME

We booked the place for a holiday party and werent disappointed. The owners/employees were kind enough to let us stay later due to earlier plans and enjoy the place to ourselves. The beer was flowing the balls were rolling and everyone was having a grand time. I felt bad for the employee that had to endure us, but I would like to personally thank her as she put on a smile even though she probably just wanted to go home. Thank you.

My sister held a birthday party here. Bad experience. The all you can play card didnt work half the time. The lady there came over and grouchily told us to swipe it more times, but it still didnt work. The worst issue with this bowladrome is its terrible customer service. Both workers, an older lady and a man repeatedly looked extremely pissed off whenever we asked a question. Would not reccomend.

I wore the shoes for just two games and my feet stink hours later. They were disgusting! Also I saw reviews about $1 Wednesday games. We went on Wednesday and asked about the discount and were immediately laughed at. I dont care if you discontinued the promotion, dont make me feel like an ass for asking about it. Poor customer service and gross shoes means I wont be coming back anytime soon.

Good for the kids. Fun arcade. Good bowling. Its electronic. Many Lanes. The cons are gross food, place is a bit dirty, not very nice salespeople, awful rip-off prizes. But if your just looking to go bowling with the kids; its a perfect place!

Good place to being the kids. Typical classic candle pin bowling alley. The attached restaurant used to be good, but now its all pre-prepared reheated food. Cleanliness is typical for an old bowling alley.

This place is not very fancy but have never seen it crowded. Easy to get parking. It seems they can do good with some repairment and putting some effort in making the place attractive to youngsters!!

They charged $54 for 3 games. Some other people came in and payed $32 for 1 game. That is outrageous! There are likely not enough customers to have a low price. I understand why nobody goes here.

Good place for a quick round or two of candlepin bowling. Great little arcade with half-price games on Thursday afternoons. Service isnt great; usually have to go looking for someone to help.
