Had the chance to play the Pines on a recent business trip to Tucson. I searched high and low to find a good course and a decent price. I found the Pines for $36.00 and it was worth every penny. The course is a real jewel! The fairways and greens were in beautiful shape. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The layout on the back 9 is just wonderful. Ive played a number of quarry courses and not one compares to the Pines. Bottom line if your looking for a course in Tucson and you cant find any good reviews go check out The Pines!

The course was in beautiful condition with visually and performing - exciting holes (on and in an old quarry). What with beautiful views, perfect fairways and greens plus rabbits, grouse, roadrunners, and hawks and birds - a nature area! The nicest course Ive played in a while. It felt like I was playing on a professional course. A few holes by highway. Didnt bother me. And for $35 via Golf Now. Unbelievable. Highly recommended.

The course is in great shape, and the price is not bad if you get the discount card. Even though it was pretty hot when I played, the views are still picturesque. The Quarry Pines are not for the beginning golfer. It is moderate to somewhat challenging, so bring a couple extra sleeves of balls.

Great course. Very well maintained. If your going to play here bring your own clubs because the rentals are junk from the lost and found or some they dug out of the pond. They should have paid me $32 to use them. Inside help didnt really care one way or another.

This course is for true blue collar workers being that its in a quarry. The interstate is right next to the course. For how much this place advertises on the Golf channel it must be in trouble. If you are into supporting charities this is the course for you.

The ranger/marshal must enforce slow play issue. The two groups in front of us delayed play and made the back nine miserable. Quarry Pines is a nice track with interesting elevation changes -- management must address slow play issue.

Very cool scenery. Nothing else like it really, the elevation changes a lot, making it a very interesting game of golf. Only certain holes have nice air flow, some get quite hot if your golfing in early afternoon.

This place was amazing. The contrast between the fairways and greens was stunning. Elevation changes and views were unbelievable!! Loved it. Cant wait to play again. Greens, fairways and bunkers in great shape!

Unreal views, best course weve played in AZ so far! Some nice risk reward holes and will definitely use every club in your bag. Pro shop staff was super friendly as well.
