Ive been to this location several times as well as the Eagan location a few times. I gotta say the Chicago Torpedo sandwich is awesome. Its a great sandwich that I havent seen anywhere else in the MSP area. Also, its very reasonably priced. The last couple of times that Ive dined in Ive been either the only person there or maybe just another table or two of diners. Not sure why that is but I have to assume it means I only get my food faster. I have bought their frozen pizzas to go and those are pretty tasty as well. Overall I would recommend it. Nice atmosphere. Good service. Good pizza. Really good sandwich.

I made the mistake of ordering online. Its been over an hour and a half and my food has not arrived. The website stated to allow up to 55 minutes. I called to check in on my order, and the person answering the phones was rude and inconsiderate. All she could say was "Well you should have called and ordered on the phone, when you order online we cant give a time frame." I mentioned the time frame specifically stated on the website but she just repeated her message and offered no apologies for the inconvenience. Terrible service. Will never order from here again.

This is the second time in a week that I have a had a undercooked stuffed or deep dish pizza. The first time I didnt realize that it was raw dough instead of cheese that I was eating. Today 11/01/2013 I took it back and it was explained to me that they undercook it a little to give it that spongy texture. Thanks for the irritable bowels, I wonder if the health department would think the pizza should be undercooked?

This is the best Chicago deep dish west of Chicago. The stuffed pizza is amazing and the thin crust is wonderfully grand. I have eaten at restaurants all over the world and the Basta family make some of the *B*E*S*T pizza in the USA. Worth the trip from anywhere in the 5 state region. You Canadians would like it too. Service GREAT Good lunch specials and wine/beer list.

This is one of the best pizza places I have been on during a trip! Was very surprised. Was great service. Very polite. And the music they played made it very fun to just sit the and socialize while your waiting for your pizza. Thin crust and deep dish were just as good as one another. Defiantly give it a try if your around!

Decent pizza - deep dish is pretty good. Not the most amazing Ive had in the cities, but the price is right. If you sign up for emails theyll send you coupons occasionally. The service is so-so. All in all, a pretty good restaurant! Its become somewhat of a Grand Ave staple at this point. The space is a little cramped.

Wait staff very sweet, red sauce and spices fantastic, and decent beer selection, but that is where enchantment ends. The sound system is loud and crappy, tables sticky from old varnish, and pizza crust fairly tasteless (we got a deep dish). Nothing to return for sadly.

Great crust on the deep dish. 15 min from order to table on a very "light" Monday night before the students returned. Loved the sausage and sauce on our pie. Watched a dozen carryout orders go past during our one hour stay.

Not only do they have the best pizza in town, but also they have a long history, perhaps the longest on the block! Just go there and look at their newspaper clippings. I really hope theyll thrive on Grand Ave.

I have been dining here for 25 years, and it is definitely the best deep dish in town! The bracchi always starts the meal out right. The staff treat you like family. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Salad had bad lettuce in it and the server said, "oh, ok..." Really? Then my kids hear the staff making fun of another customer who was overweight. Just terrible. We wont be back.

Yum - we did the Veggie sandwich and the lasagna where you can pick a couple pizza toppings to add in and we did mushroom and artichoke hearts. Better come hungry - was a lot of food.
