I went out with a coworker of mines to have a good time out. She suggested we go here because she had passed by it before and thought it would be nice. We arrived around 8. The front desk workers greeted us and told us there would be a 30-60 minute wait. We agreed and decided to sit down and dine. There was a tiny sign that said to wait to be seated by a host but no one was standing at the desk so we asked one of the workers if we could sit down ourselves and she replied no someone will seat us. A worker at the front desk comes rushing over and seats us. We sat comfortably waiting for a waiter or waitress. A waitress appeared a couple minutes later and was very pleasant but came around every 10 or so minutes even though there were several other waiters and the restaurant was slow. Not that we were in a rush, we had a long wait for the food which was only the Mac and cheese fried balls thing. We enjoyed it very much, and we also ordered desert which also took some time to receive . Our buzzer rang which they give you when you are put on a waiting list, and we jumped up looking for our waitress so we could pay. Not finding her, and not wanting to lose our spot since weve waited an hour, we decided to see if we could pay at the front desk or something. The waitress comes out of nowhere and says we need to pay for the food, and we explained to her we couldnt find her to ask for the check so we were going to see if we could pay at the front desk. She said shed get our check and rushed to get it and bring it to us. We paid and went to the front desk, waiting for the workers to finish helping the group of people before us. They greeted us once more, took back the buzzer when they realized that the lane we were up next for, the people already there decided to play another round. There was a young lady who was working up front that apologized and said that there would be another 20 minute wait. She said she felt bad for us, so she would cover our bill and that she waiting for this lane to hopefully open up in 5 minutes and be cleaned. We said thank you for her offer and she gave us back the buzzer and we went to sit down once more. We were given the offer to play shuffle board while we wait but decided not to play and just wait. 9:20ish-9:40 rolls around and our buzzer goes off. We go back to the counter and they hand us the bowling shoes and directed us towards the vip room. We were so excited, and thought it was well worth the wait. We ordered two virgin pina colodas, one for each of us and we bowled 3 games. 10:48 rolled around and we decided to leave. We brought back the shoes and the young lady who paid for our bill smiled and said we were all set, or so we thought. I had to use the restroom before we leave, and when we came back out, a security guard was waiting for us at the front door. He blocked our exit and demanded to know why were we planning to take off without paying for our drinks. Confused, we told the man that that one of the workers said she would cover our bill and we were all set to go. He asked which employee and we turned around to look at the front desk. We pointed at the girl who proceeds to hide behind the counter. I handed the man my debit card and as we walked up to the counter, we could see the girl cowering behind the desk doing something. The man walks right past her, and charges my card. We then left unhappy with the rude customer service ending our night. Paying the bills was no problem for us. We wouldve gladly pay for the bill for our drinks if we were told about it. The wait was ridiculous and we still waited patiently and politely. The fact he didnt ask her about the offer to cover the bill or try to understand or fix the situation has left me with a huge disappointment. The food was great, dont get me wrong, and it has such a nice atmosphere but the workers we had an encounter with were rude and very unconcerned with what you had to say. I wouldnt recommend it at all.

Bowling with my family members was a good time, however the service was atrocious, and the food was mediocre at best. I am not one to write reviews, but my experience at Kings Bowling was outstandingly awful. Our server was consistently no where to be found. We waited a solid 25 minutes between finishing our bowling game and taking a seat at a dining table for her to even come introduce herself, and it wasnt busy at the time. We had to flag down our server each time we needed something, an ordeal that happened way more than it should have. When we finally got her attention, we needed to ask for necessities like napkins, silverware, and for refills when there were four empty glasses on the table. It got to the point where she would walk right by us not even with a glance, meanwhile were waiting to eat because my fathers order was forgotten entirely. We were constantly waiting for a refill, a side dish, or something. We had to ask several times for things we needed, yet 20 minutes later itd be forgotten and wed have to ask again. We went into Kings expecting a pleasant experience and quality service considering wed be spending a significant sum of money there, but yet we received terribly bad service, and we left upset. Overall it was a miserable experience, we were very disappointed. We will not be returning to Kings.

The bowling alley was really clean with attentive service. Pool hall was good too, many tables. They had great music playing but sadly no dance floor. The really surprising thing was how excellent their food was, truly restaurant quality, with amazing drinks, wow! The only negative I had was the bowling screen was small (hard to read), and the pool hall was missing some pieces: had to borrow the setup triangle from another table, the stick I had was missing its butt, never found the bridge. The tables are in great condition though, and same attentive service in there as well. Even the restrooms are really clean. Did I mention the dining was incredible? We had a real sit-down dinner, not sure how just apps would be. We would go there again just for dinner and drinks!

First let me say food and service was very good. We went to enjoy a night of bowling and when we get there ther was a 3 hour wait...ok we decided to wait. We checked back several times on the wait and each time we went back answer was probably another hour. After 3.5 hours we left...with them still saying another hour. Issue they only had a few lanes open as they had 2 group/parties that had reserved several lanes for the night. Also people that reserved tables in the dinning room had preference to the lanes so we kept getting bumped back in line...if they were honest upfront and told us this we would not have waited. As I said good food good service..just make a reservation (24 hours in advance) and you will have an enjoyable evening.
