Update*** One of our party put a note up at the piano that we had given them $20 for a Birthday song to our friend and kinda called them out. Most of us left by the time they saw it. They read it out loud and apologized and called the birthday person up to fix it. Unfortunately almost all of us had left already including the birthday girl. I heard about this this morning. Thanks guys for trying to make it right!*** The band is good, really they are and Van Halen Jump was awesome, but they just seem to play whatever they want. They literally said they had no more requests and I took a request and money up there and handed it off. Never heard the song. If you cant play it let me know and let me request something you can play. Also, if you offer a birthday serenade for $20 and someone gives it to you, do it. I dropped about $50 on requests and got 2 songs total. Kinda lame and dissappointing.

Skip it, nothing special and their staff is not very on top of things. They have so many people smoking right outside that it gets into the building and the ones next door, disgusting. If you call to make a reservation for a birthday party they should maybe think to mention that they will charge everyone a cover because there is a pub crawl that you dont want anything to do with, or that they arent going to let you bring in a cake. If you can put up with the stink the smokers from this place cause, just go next door instead.

This place is right in the middle of downtown Springfield. The piano players arent always the same, but they are very good. The place is packed on most week-ends with people celebrating life events and college students looking for a good time. Its LOUD and HOT! Sing alongs as well as being called on stage are not uncommon.

This place is a blast! Friendly bar staff, hilarious and talented pianists. While not always the busiest place in beautiful Downtown Springfield, the staff at Ernie Biggs will make you feel comfortable and make you laugh all night long.

Bar experience is okay..one more bartender would be nice, considering the price. But the atmosphere makes up for it! Good music and a fantastic place to meet people if you can talk over the music or go outside. Overall a good time

Very loud party club. My wife loves going here with her friends, but I cant stand it. If you like the loud party dancing scene, then this is for you. Otherwise go next door to scotch and soda.

They dont have a dance floor, and the bartenders like to add on whatever tip they think they can get away with. They have lost my business.

My friend and I have both had them charge us for drinks we never ordered, it also takes 45 minutes to get a drink

Meh, its OK. Nothing to call home about. Bartenders are little comatose, but the band is good.

It was very loud and crowded. They did bring around sample shots, though.
