"I didt think it was great at all. I have been there twice now around the same time of day on a Tuesday and got the same bartender. Not only was he unfriendly the first time. the second time he waited on the table in front of us without visiting our table for quite sometime. Then a fly flew on the rim of my glass, (we were outside) so I asked for another glass so I got this "look" and a very nasty rimmed glass in return. I will make sure not to go back on Tuesdays during the day. And....the spaghetti was lousy. I ate three bites and just had it took away as I was just disgusted at that point. Sorry......

2 colleagues and I stopped here for lunch during the week while there for work. I had the mild wings and cheese sticks. Friend 1 had the fish and chips, the other had deep-fried pickles. The cheese sticks were decent but the breading was thick and dry. The wings were ok but if I ever returned, I dont think Id order them again. The pickles were really good, especially with ranch. The fish and chips meal was quite large and I enjoyed the little piece I snagged. I gave this place 4 stars instead of 3 because of the atmosphere. I like small blues/rock-n-roll bars, and thats the vibe this place gives off.

Not the greatest place for the aesthetically-inclined. The interior looks like a number of oddly built sheds were linked together through a series of hallways. The mens bathroom has seen better days, and is likely to have experienced those better days 30 years ago. I really appreciated the bartender who accommodated me and gave me the cheap drink specials even though it was no longer their advertised time. I had come in shortly after happy hour after being led to believe there was another hour of half-price options by a popular happy hour phone application that had incorrect information.

Food is decent, atmosphere is good, live music is great. Service? The last time I went here before tonight, our bartender was wasted and got fired in the middle of her shift. Today, it took 10-15 minutes to even get a server to come to our table, who knew nothing about the drink specials, and didnt know how to ring in our orders. I finally got my food to go after 50 minutes of being there. My boyfriend and our friend received cold, incorrect food about 15 minutes after mine came out. Train your staff, and youll have a great place. Until then, I have no desire to go back.

Well me And My date walked in at 730 on Sat night 3 people in the bar part no one said a word to us Sat down still no one said anything 3 waiters standing around waited 15 min still nothing got up to leave and one of them said hello on are way out I guess they dont need the money so we left so very poor service last time we were there spent about 75 bucks guess the owner has enough money so please someone put in a good place for oysters

Stopped in a few times for drinks and food. My experiences have always been great. Service is slightly slow, but the staff is always fun to talk to. Im guessing they have just need another waitress or two. The food is delicious. My favorite is the Baja Fish Tacos. They are some of my favorite Ive ever had. My boyfriend got the Rockefeller Oysters and loved them! The live shows are always fun. Id recommend Cartoons any day!

Food was great, generous, flavorful, prepared right. Oysters were pricey so I opted for muscles in a garlic wine lemon sauce (Fresh chopped garlic in sauce)...served with fresh baked Italian bread. Mushroom cheese pizza on thin crust. ..perfect. Country fry was prepared right. Jennifer served us during a very busy time. Fresh tap beer. Great experience and would highly recommend and return again when in the area.

Terrible wings. They tasted boiled, no crisp to them or anything. We asked if they were fried, said they were. The sauces were gross. We both ate 2 wings and were done. Only had to pay for one, waitress was nice about it. Wouldnt go back to try other food. Its probably decent for a bar, but the food... no. If you want good wings, go next door to coyotes adobe cafe.

A great place all around! Great food, Great service, friendly staff, free live music up front during the week and low cover for local favorites in back in The Big Room. A Great place to go for lunch, dinner, or a night out with friends.. We love it! You will too!.. And dont forget to Try the oysters, they are fantastic! Just sayin...

Ordered takeout from here. Onion rings and shrimp were overcooked, it looked as if the oil hadnt been filtered in a WHILE, the asparagus only looked like asparagus but tasted terrible and when I called to speak to a manager he called me a liar and didnt apologize or offer to replace it. Not impressed at all. I will not be back.

Terrible experience!! In town for a funeral, stopped in for dinner & a drink. Server was incompetent. Manager was an absolute jerk!! Paid before food even came out after waiting over an hour...no exxageration! I cannot understand in a free market how this place run like this keeps its doors open!

Good oysters and appetizers. Shrimp/fish tacos one of better deals. Place has live entertainment at night and usually draws good crowd s. Have outside dinning out front or out back with outside music stage too! Food is good not great. Service is usually only downside.... slow. On

New owners/management has improved this iconic Springfield venue. Food and service better than it was there for awhile. Music still great! I love their evening live music shows since I can enjoy a great show and still get up early the next day.

This bar is juuust right; not too fancy, not too dive. The drinks/food is good and reasonably priced and the waitresses are friendly even when they are hustling their butts off. The live music events are a lot of fun.
