Bought my first HD at WORTH! Paid under MSRP with a lengthy negotiation but happy with the FLTRUSE. Have had nothing but great experience with the sales staff, Service, Accessories to the folks selling the cloths. Especially Butch in Parts who does the research and calls me back. Bought my bike from Rob. I financed the bike with trade in so they worked me on payments not telling me the length of term or interest rate during the negotiation (But i got it out of them-LOL). No doubt they were going to at some point but this was a couple of hours and even after they were closed on a Saturday night. Finally i told Rob to go get the guy that he is talking to up in the managers booth (back anf fourth multiple times) and get him over here and lets cut a deal. I actually enjoyed the process and the people that i was negotiating with and we all considered it fun. After the fact i think we all won. That said HDs are really expensive but Worth as been very professional and wouldnt hesitate to buy there again (and work them over again! lol) Now kinda getting to know some of these people and they make me feel like i belong there. Kansas Rider

This is the dealer to buy your bike from and get it serviced. They will also give you a fair price on your trade, even non-Harley trades! I normally dont buy anything extra when I finance but theres great value in the maintenance plan that includes tires!!! I hate buying tires. Plus, they will pick up your bike for service if you have the plan. Cool! They have a riders course out back so I took my skilled riding class at a discounted price and saved money on my insurance (and learned some skills). Ive been a national HOG member for 15 years and never joined a chapter because it seem like my thing. Well, Im a member of Worths Chapter and Ive enjoyed two rides in 6 weeks with another one coming up this weekend. The New Rider Rides are a great way to meet the members. The chapter is well organized with rides or gatherings for rides happening every summer weekend. The Bike Nights and Sunday concerts are great, cheap fun!!! They got me looking at the new Rushmore Bikes. They are the best HDs ever! Go check them out at Worth. They have a huge selection and will work to make you happy. Rick McNeill

On Saturday, March 15th 2014 at 2:30pm I was sitting on a 2014 CVO Limited when a salesman walked up to me. I said this bike is a few inches to tall for me. Without hesitation he said its also to expensive. I asked this is a CVO correct? (of which I knew the answer) He said yes and its also $40,000. dollars. I explained I was well aware of what a CVO Limited cost. He was a tall guy with a beard. After he explained to me why it was to expensive for me I decided he was right. It would be better that I buy the bike somewhere else. It wont cost me my valuable time and effort of dealing with him. I was unaware he knew what my income was just by looking at me. So the reader knows... Im 40 years old, clean cut, and wear nice clothes. I guess I need to have long, shaggy grey hair, biker tattoos, and a nasty beard to afford a CVO. Who knew? Worth(less) H-D Dealer. Train your salesman how to communicate to people. I drove all the way from Fayetteville, AR to KC for that bike just to turn around and go home.

First off, I love this place! Bathrooms have always been super clean, so thats my first star. Secondly, I gave a 2nd star, because I am always asked if I need help from either a salesman or lady. With nice smiles i might add. For the 3rd star, because back where you order parts, there is an older gentleman who assists us in things we need for our bikes, and he is wonderful. Hes always helpful and kind. I wish I had gotten names because they need to be recognized. I gave a 4th star because of the great food and cook! This guy knows how to bbq. Love the bands, food and atmosphere here! I always have a great time on Thursdays. Thank you! The 5th star is overall... We bought our Harley last week, salesman named Leland Grey worked really hard to get us on a bike that we wanted. Missed out on some meals for us and is an all around great guy. Also Josh Pettet, the business manager had a great personality. Funny and had us in and out in no time. Just everyone has been great here! 5 stars!!!

Absolutely have no idea why anyone would buy elsewhere. My 6 year old son loves this place and always asking dad, when can we go to Harley? As a dad its awesome to see your son light and up love doing stuff with you, everytime we go to worth he wants to have lunch at the bbq shack and listen to music, and the staff in the bbq shack look forward to seeing him as well and, after we eat its always a tour through the warehouse, to look at the bikes. I have brought him to a few bike nights and the bike night ladies and staff always ask him if he is having fun and talk to him and make him feel like a vip! Its the way the staff goes the extra mile to make the Harley lifestyle a family one at worth is beyond words! From pictures with Santa, Easter egg hunts, decorating pumpkins, to the arcade trailer they always seem to have a way to make the kids happy, and that means a lot to me! Keep up the awesome work! I know my friends and family are thankful for such a great dealership!

Their slogan, "Because your Worth it". And thats just how they treat you. With Worth. I went into Worth to look at a used bike, a year ago this July. Met a gentleman on the way in that told me the sales staff here at Worth will certainly take care of you. I was hesitant. Then I met SAL. Uncle Pinky as they call him. Most personable, knowledgeable, and friendly salesman Ive ever worked with. Walked out buying a new Ultra Limited (2015) and more recently, just 6 months later, my wifes Street Glide (2016). The Service department is second to none as well. Always helpful, and informative. The girls in the apparel department always eager to assist, but not overbearing. Over all, I highly recommend for your next purchase of a bike, merchandise, or service, take your business here. Worth Harley Davidson lives up to their name and Slogan....

As many of you Harley owners know, part of the fun of ownership is making your bike your own by buying HD optional equipment and choosing great looking HD clothing. My wife and I have been impressed with Kansas Citys Worth Harley Davidsons volume of optional equipment and clothing. I am a tall guy and need a tall size in shirts. The staff knew which shirts and jackets were made in tall sizes and even though they did not have many tall sizes in stock, they offered to order them. Once they found out one particular shirt was no longer available to order, they searched their system and found one tall shirt in the style I wanted in Paducah, Kentucky. The staff called me the following day to see if I wanted to order it in from Paducah. That was great customer service and attention to detail we appreciate.
