We were on a drive on country roads with no destination in mind. We decided to look for a vineyard and found Sharp Mountain. Never heard of it, but we were up for an adventure. Meandering through the winding scenic road led us to an enchanting entrance. The inside is charming and vibrant with loads of personality. This is where the tasting area can be found where we enjoyed a variety of reds and whites, munching on snacks and talking to Jennifer, who was very warm and welcoming. Outside are tables and chairs and a covered area with a grill where you can bring your own food to grill. Very nice touch! Cant wait to return!

N Georgia has many options for being a local wine fan. This winery should be "your pick". You will not believe the depth of taste in their wines. They care about the product they make. The Merlot is so yum. You have to taste it to understand. Not just one note. the location is very nice both outside and in. I was there for a BIG sotrm coming over the mountain. Such a photo op and a nice memory.

Owners are welcoming and knowledgeable. We brought our lunch and enjoyed their wine and view. Please try the Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. They were the best I had in a long time. I cant speak for their Melot, because they were sold out. I bet theres a good reason for this.

Crowded for a reason. They are expanding space this year. Vines are 20 years old and all wines are made from those grapes. Award-winning wines that stand up to the hype. Outdoor grill, fire pit and friendly staff. Happy to have visited.

What a great find and a true gem. The Merlot was fantastic, and Im not impressed often by N. GA reds. We could bring our dog inside, which was wonderful. The vintner knows what he is doing!
