Be warned, that this large indoor pool can be coooold in the winter months. A great option for rainy day swimming action. Look out for adult lap swim times that limit where kids can swim (true for most pools). The two slides are nice, not too tame or scary, but do require 48-inch height. Changing rooms for both sexes and many, large family changing rooms, each with toilets and showers. The air exhaust system really blows in from changing rooms and concession stand, but that keeps the swimming pool smell from the rest of the building. I bought a pizza slice, small ice cream cup, and potato chips for $4. Cheap eats keep kids going.

This place is great for my toddler and preschool aged kids. Small slides, waterfalls, water spouts, and shallow depths all make it great for small kids. They have a larger slide for older kids who are strong swimmers, but if your kid is in between those ages, they would probably find it boring. Changing rooms are generally clean, but i wouldnt call them "sparkling". Our kids also did swim lessons here over the winter the last 2 years. They were fine, but definitely not an intensive course in the least. They are no where close to swimming.

Really nice pool lots of fun for the kids very clean and very nice and responsible employees! The main pool has a diving board in the deep end which is our favorite part my daughter learned to dive using it! We never miss a family fun day $2 open swim all day one friday a month! And i recommend attending any special event they might have , the beach party back in december was a blast! My daughter won the raft race and got lots of prizes

The facilities are relatively clean and I appreciated the family locker rooms with separate showers. The problem is that its FREEZING. I took my 7-month old daughter for her first swimming class last night and the water was way too cold for an infant. All 5 babies in her class were shivering by the end. I dont think well continue with the class.

Loved this place and connot complain about the cheap admission!!! I see bad reviews but there are so many family restrooms that its clear they want something to whine about. Also, it does get cold but only when it is like -30° F. as with any larger open building. Again, a wonderful place to bring my kids to swim off some wiggles!

We take swimming lessons at Great River - I have to say that SAMMI and ARI have been the all-stars of swimming lessons that weve had. What wonderful teachers who are engaging and truly care about the fun your kids are having. KUDOS!

Drove all the way there in the snow, on my day off, with my son. They tell me its not open swim day on Tuesday and Thursday. Forget about this place. Shoreview Community Center is a lot better.

Abysmal bathroom policy re: gender. I cant take a baby boy into the ladies room? There are are signs posted everywhere about how awful this would be.

Love this place! Great play area for the kids with small slides, big water slides for older people, and a lap pool.

Fun for the young kids. We can spend a few hours here and then we are ready to go. My kids are 4,3, and 2.
