Frog Pond is a beautiful setting for a wedding/reception, but that is about it. In the middle the last song of the night management came up to the sound system, unplugged it, and basically ran away into the back room. The brides father and sister followed the man and he proceeded to slam the door in their face and threaten to call the police. The reception ended at 11:00 and it was 11:01, so he unplugged the sound system during the middlle of the last song and left the bride in tears. This is just poor customer service, it was a great night, and it did not need to end in such a manner. When you take into account how much money was spent on the reception at Frog Pond; one would think they would be flexible enough to let the band finish the last song. Also, the staff as a whole was rude the entire night. This is a beautiful setting, but terrible customer service with a very rude staff. I would not reccomend Frog Pond to any bride and groom.

My son and his wife had their wedding at Blue Bridge Event Center on July 22nd. Everything went really well, from the pre event planning with Chris and Stephanie to the day/evening of the wedding ceremony and reception with Chris and Polly present, assisting us every step of the way. They helped with last minute table changes when guests showed up with unexpected friends, (ugh!), with keeping us all on schedule (not an easy task for this family, lol), with helping us take down and pack up our decorations, and more. They were amazing! The facilities are wonderful too! The ceremony was done in the outside chapel and the surroundings are beautiful. The reception facility was just renovated and it is wonderful, fresh and clean! I would highly recommend booking your event there and I wouldnt hesitate booking our next family function there too!!

The people that run this place are so incredibly rude. Karen is a complete b*tch and gave absolutely no respect to the bride and groom. After months of communication and constantly having to correct the spelling of the brides name, on the wedding day we still had to have all the signage fixed last minute because Karn somehow still couldnt remember how to spell her name. Nothing got fixed until after the guests arrived, and she couldnt have cared less about it as a problem. This venue is absolutely beautiful but the owners of this venue dont care about your special day. Please think twice and go somewhere else. I cant stress this enough, Karen was an evil shrew of a woman, and took every ounce of my being not to strike her for being so rude to the bride.

My husband and I recently held our wedding at Frog Pond Village. From the moment I entered the Bullfrog venue, I knew this is where I wanted to be married. Karen was very easy to work with and very helpful in answering all our questions. She also was our florist, and our centerpieces and bouquets were gorgeous! I had sent her several photos of what I was looking for, and she far exceeded my expectations! Our wedding went without a hitch- the day was absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious, and the venue was perfect. Our guests are still talking about how gorgeous Frog Pond Village is and what an awesome wedding we had! I would highly recommend Frog Pond Village and Karen- they did an amazing job for us!

Poor customer service, rude and unorganized. Though the location is really pretty, these are not people who should be in the wedding business. I have heard it from other people but finally witnessed it first hand. Sorry to my friend who had her wedding ruined by these people.
