I would give this place a better rating, but a few things to consider. MORE SHADE certain people monopolize the umbrellas the entire day leaving the rest of us in the blaring Louisiana sun, including those with infants and young children. The pricing system is so screwed a 2 year old is free but if they just turned 3 (cant do over half of the stuff at the park still full price of an adult???) Stupid and wont be back for that alone. Also a resident is $6 but a non resident is double that? Ridiculous. I could understand it being a little more than $6, perhaps $10 but this place is not worth $12 on any day. Plus the fact that chaperones (parents, grandparents, etc.) who dont ride anything, Just sit, and watch still have to pay full price! How about you only issue bracelets to those who want to ride? Those who dont shouldnt have to pay full price to sit and watch. Its a great concept but some areas could use work. All of our bare feet were painful and bleeding by the time we left. Water shoes are a necessity here not an option. The baby splash pad which should be the softest place was in fact the worst.

When taking your family somewhere fun and new you expect regulations, codes and plans to be in place to ensure you can have a safe and fun experience with your family. We had an awful time. There was no limit set for how many people can be in the park, EXTREMELY OVERCROWDED. And dont get caught there in any emergency or thunderstorm there are no emergency exits. People will panic and tempers rise quickly. Just one way in and one way out and not a magager or adult in sight just teenagers who cant do anything. For the amount of people there should be more lockers it is just ridiculous, a joke. Im ever so grateful that it was just a thunderstorm and not something more serious. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!

Went yesterday, July 3rd with a friend. It was a great experience, except for the staff. Not friendly at all. And very rude at times. We went to concessions, waited in line for 30 minutes to find out there was no pizza left. Then because we didnt know what we wanted because there was no pizza, the staff was very rude to us while trying to figure out what we wanted. Also not very good communication while waiting for concessions. We waited at least 5 more minutes for food because they didnt know what we were waiting on and didnt want to just ask us. Overall the park experience is very fun, except for the kids running in to you, and the extremely rude staff.

Brought my grandkids here. We picked a good day due to it being cloudy and theres no lines for the slides. I would suggest anyone thats has kids to bring them. They definitely have a lot of lifeguards on hand which makes me feel comfortable knowing I cant keep an on eye on my oldest grandchild due to the young grandchild. A lot of adults are enjoying the waterpark as well. We will definitely be back. They do have lockers for $.50 so you can put all your stuff in it if everyone in your party is going to be in the water. They also have a concession stand to get drinks at a reasonable price

We went to the park on July 5th, it was very fun and would recommend to anyone. But, we waited in line for 15 minutes and when we got to the counter we asked if they had any more french fries and the worker said that they were completely out of them, I still ordered something but it took them a while because they forgot I ordered something and when I was waiting for my food the person behind me got french fries. Even though it is stupid of why I gave the park a four star rating, it was just the idea that they told me that they were out and then let the person behind me order the same thing.

Never attended this waterpark. I was doing research on a waterpark to bring my family. As I read reviews, I learned me and my family would have to pay more because we are not residents of Sulphur. So me and my family will not be attending this discriminating so called family oriented "park". Horrible hospitality. Should work on this. Hope the population of Sulphur is enough to keep you running. Cause your losing the rest of Louisiana because of this, slowly but surely. Noone wants to be treated and charged for being an outsider. Good luck!

Wow!!What a place!! Has lots of slides to have fun with. The purple and green slides take 7 1/2 minutes to climb the tower. Other than the wait times on the green and purple slides, the park is straight-up fun!! The only thing is the hygiene. I know they try-hard, but when i saw an Icee half-spilt at the beggining of the Small 3 slide tower, i Gagged. Also, there is WAY TOO MUCH PEOPLE at the slide towers, they should have a better system. I WOULDVE giving this review 5 stars, but it was to "low" to be given 5 stars....

Weve been coming here for several years now and my children and I absolutely love it here!!!!! Its plenty big enough, but not too too big!!!! Perfect family day spot!!!!! Entry prices are EXTREMELY reasonable, even the concession prices are really fair!!!!! Every year they seem to be getting a little bigger!!!! Adding 1 or 2 slides, theyve even added a 2nd splash area for the little guys, another bigger lazy river, and 2 more slides!!!! FABULOUS place to spend the day with the kids and family & friends!!!!

Went here with family it was not operated very well. Thought you could relax in the lazy river - wrong-. People are allowed to just jump in from the side, right onto you, that is if you are lucky enough to get a float. People take them to their tables and keep them. They also allowed people to walk around in there, so you have a pile of kids horse playing around you and pushing you. The staff was you and at times didnt really pay a lot of attention. Not sure if we will go back.

HORRIBLE! Walked in... Paid $50 before I put our bracelets on I realized they had made everyone leave the water because there was thunder. I had just handed the cash to her and asked if I could just get my money back or a rain check. Was not able to swim at ALL and was not refunded or given a rain check. The workers were extremely rude to me and everyone around me as well. I will NOT bring my kids here ever again. SPAR stole our money without giving us any service. BAD service.

I took my kids on 8/4/17. We had an absolute blast! It was cloudy but we were literally there all day. If I had to say anything bad, it would be the kids jumping in the lazy river while you are floating by. The life guards will call the kids down, they dont ignore it but other than that, it was the best. FYI: There are dressing rooms but they are just open rooms for women and men so bring a buddy to cover you while you change if you want a little privacy.

Great fun for the whole family! Very affordable and they really keep it clean. The only reason it doesnt get a five star is because you can only buy a summer pass if you live in the district. Also they could watch some of the guest a little better as far as kids acting the fool. That is to be expected as it gets crowded some times. Overall A+ and the snacks are very affordable.
