Waterpark itself was ok, but some of the lifeguards were inattentive and allowed things to go on without notice. Example, flips and summersaults into the crowded basketball pool. The smaller concession stand staff was very rude. While waiting in line we experienced someone go up to the front and ask for an empty cup and spoon for their ice cream cone. When it was our turn, after spending $23 for not that much food we also asked for an empty cup and spoon for our little ones instantly melting ice cream cone, and were told that would be another .25 cents. Really after just spending $23 and we pointed out to the same gal that she just gave one to the guy that came up to the counter, she choose to just ignore us and would not provide. Lastly, there could be better signage as to how the clear tubes are handled. Man people were unaware of how it worked and why the line just wasnt moving. I got in line to buy one and was told by the lady ahead of us it was her 3rd time trying to get one. I wondered why and figured out while standing there for 20 minutes that they had no more to give out until the next break. It could be posted on a dry erase board next available tubes at 1:00. Then it says you get 2 hours, but by the time the tubes are given back and you get through the long line youre in, maybe you get 1 hr 30 or 40 min with it until the next collection at 3:00. Multiple things were disappointing after the cost just to get in. That was our first time there and wont be back anytime soon.

I think the wave pool and the lazy river were the best. Of the four slides at the beginning, the only semi fun ones were the orange tube slide and the yellow body slide was okay. The orange one dunks the first person on the tube (If riding double), that was my fun. The ending of the yellow slide was the only fun part. The other two were slow and boring. The two tube slides near the lazy river were mediocre. A lifeguard in the lazy river MADE my day! He would dance around to the songs, and make me laugh. Props to you dude! Emily S. In the main cafe though, was another story. My boyfriend ordered a burger, which was tasteless, and Jake, the chef put the food on the heating tray. Emily S. Was talking to her coworkers about getting one her friends an application to work there. All the meanwhile my boyfriends food was on the heating tray for 5 MINUTES. And when she finally gave him his food, she didnt apologize or anything, just read him his order and sent him on his way. I dont know if she was so wrapped up in talking gossip with her coworkers to acknowledge his food, or if Jake didnt communicate with her. Either way, they need to figure it out. All in all, it was a good stay, will probably return just for the lazy river and wave pool. And maybe the cotton candy will be available next time too. And MAYBE theyll have more tubes available for the slides at the beginning.

We tried going a couple days ago, but decided it was probably overcrowded due to no parking available and 2 or 3 buses. If you plan to go, be advised Google has no idea how to get there. All you need to do is take County Road 14 (also called Main St.) from either Hwy 65 (head west) or Hwy 10 (head east). Look for the signs for Bunker Hills. Enter the park (be advised, you will need to pay a fee to enter, which is usually $5) and follow the signs to Bunker Beach. Google does not see this as a good route and will lead you straight to closed roads during construction. Now for my review. We went last year for both of my sons birthdays. We reserved a cabana for their party. It was a bit on the expensive side, but well worth it for everyone in our party. We had tubes included, as well as food. Everyone had a great time, and we will be going there in a couple days for their birthdays again. We will not be reserving a cabana this time, however, due to the increase of the prices this year. Hence the missing star. I would have gladly given 5 stars if they hadnt replaced greed with quality, as I have read in the recent reviews. I will update my review as soon as we get back from it a couple days from now.

Me and my family went there for the day it took us a half hour to get in and we were the first in line , they would not let us in because some kid got hurt and there was already 500 people in there, I had 2 boys that were 47 inch but 48inch with shoes on they let one go on the slides but not the other. The kiddy pool was closed along with the sand box area. I spoke to a manager they were all just so rude. I will never go back. They would not even give us a refund and we were only there for 30 min.

Couldnt wait to go check this place our with my family. First ... Google took us to the entrance under construction. Wish it would had been posted on your page to be aware of construction. Secondly when we finely found the other entrance we were told you were at capacity and to turn around. Another item you could had posted to your webpage or Facebook. Its not like we live down the street. We actually drove some ways to visit. Now I dont want to visit in fear we will get our hopes up again.

Love the wave pool! Bunker beach is the best waterpark, we come here all the time! However, staff is rude unfriendly and not helpful at all. Waits for food is ridiculous and they mess up orders Alot!! Almost every single time we go (5-7 times a Summer). Waves are cut off atleast 20 minutes or more before park closes. Great place but bitter sweet! Some changes should happen!

I bought a $90 season pass an i really love it there. The only part i didnt like was me and my friend waited in line for food for about 30 minutes. Their receipt reel ran out and practically told us to go to the back of the other line after waiting 30 minutes then they got kinda ruse and ignored us until they got new paper.Otherwise their pools and slides are amazing fun.

Went there for the first time today. We had a bunch of fun. The kiddos loved the wave pool. We liked the lazy river. I dont think $15 a person is a bad price to pay for a days worth of fun. We didnt eat much, but the food prices looked pretty fair. The staff was great to us. Definitely will be back.... Maybe tomorrow?? :)

Not having an option for a visitors pass seems ridiculous to me. Figure it out, your basically telling a grandparent or disabled person you dont trust them once they are in the gates. The only reason a lot of people dont go to your park is the fact it costs $15 to sit in the hot sun all day and watch someone else swim.

They closed early. Googles directions were wrong and we had to drive around for a half an hour looking for it. The manager Tony didnt comp me anything for my wasted time. It smells like pee by the bottom of the stairs by the big slide. There was glass on the concrete. Overall I would recommend Valley Fair water park.
