A lot of carnival games (ticket winning type of games), not much in the way of good arcade style games. Unfortunately, I cant speak to the laser tag facilities due to the terrible staff. I took my son and two friends there to play laser tag, and was told that there would be a 30 minute wait. Being a Sunday afternoon that didnt seem unreasonable, but after them not getting called after an hour (the business uses a pager system to let you know when its your turn) I went to see when it would be their turn. I was assured by the staff that they would be the next group in, but after another 20 minutes, they still hasnt been called (the games are 15 minutes each). I again checked with the staff, and was again assured that they were in the next group to play. The staff went on to explain that they had a couple of parties being held, which took priority. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, my son and his friend never did get to play as we ran out of time and had to leave. Although they did refund my money, the staff made no attempt to make up for the fact that we waited for almost 2 hours and they never got to play. I will be taking my business to Zap Zone in Canton from now on.

Came here for the first time Friday. After searching google for awhile for things to do, this place never came up so we just drove around and finally discovered this place. They had a dj playing who was great, the games were pretty good, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and fun. The employees were also pretty great. A couple of the games were out of order which was a bummer (but understandable for an arcade), the food was a little under average, and the prize to ticket ratio is pretty high, in my opinion. Although, I would recommend this place for anyone and everyone for the experience.

Our family recently visited Paradise Park, everything was going smooth up until the go karts. The line was quick and reasonable, but one of the employees forgot to put the gas cap back on the go karts. Gas went flying out of the karts, and my kid was soaked in gasoline. Then the employee tried to suck him dry, suck the gasoline off his skin because it was wet. His clothes were completely ruined, and to get rid of the smell we had to bathe him in tomato juice. 1/5 Starts, but +2 because the pizza was good.

My great grandsons birthday party was held here and it was a disappointment. The room was not decorated as promised. The activities that were supposed to be included were not. My grand daughter spent a lot of money and was not treated well. The whole experience was very hurried and disorganized. Afterwards my daughter spoke to someone who was supposed to be a manager about the experience. He offered to send some coupons to use on a future visit but nothing was ever sent.

Drove 1hour away to come here our first time not friendly service! Bought my kids to do 2hr laser tag like it claims and its was first come first serve so out of 2hours my kids played 1 game!!!! I paid over $200 for 1 game plus tokens all games are at least 4 tokens then they set out snacks for the players and I had 9 kids playing they told them the snacks were for everyone Im sorry you put out 20 chips it wont feed everyone! Never again next time will stay close to home.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE! I was a chaperone for my childs Meadsmill field trip and I witnessed an employee get physically assaulted by her boss! I was beyond disgusted by a man putting his hands on a young female employee. He grabbed the young girl out of her chair and screamed at her, my children and her friends witnessed it as well. Overall my kids had a great time, but we were not pleased with how the boss treated his employee. I will never spend my money here again.

Fun place with a lot of games... Ive played putt putt here before, but came this time for an after work event with laser tag and other team building games. The staff was very friendly, fast with drinks (they have a limited but nice selection of beer and alcohol) and refilled the food we had out for buffet style dining regularly. I would recommend coming here as a group, a couple or even alone. We all had a lot of fun and well be back!!

The trampolines were very fun aswell as the go carts but when my family and i went to order food my son wanted ice cream. My son being happy and excited for his ice cream i went up to order and they had no ice cream even though there tvs said they had ice cream i am very dissapointed and upset by this servise my family may come back but not at all for the food other than that is was good

We arrived at seven pm with 6 kids ready to eat pizza and have fun. But the kitchen was closed and the putt putt course had leaves and sticks all over it and when we cleared it ourselves the seams in the putt putt course was frayed. There was a bee hive half knocked down with bees swarming all over, I attempted to tell someone but no one was behind the counter. Would I go back? No

This place is awesome! The service is great theres lots of different things to do, and the laser tag was especially fun. The staff took really great care of us and we had a fantastic time! The staff even played Laser Tag against us! We ended up going back the following day!

I attended a company party at Paradise Park. We had go-kart races and laser tag tournaments with prizes for the winning teams. They served great pizza, salads and breadsticks. Their staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back.

My kids love it here. So much to do and a very friendly staff. You could spend the whole day here. Prices are also very good. Highly recommend Paradise Park of Novi. From spending a couple of hours to booking a party. We were impressed.

Love the place! Great Pizza, love the cheese breadsticks! Staff is friendly and helpful, and its always clean. I dont mind at all taking my kids to a place like this. My kids enjoy all the Laser tag specials, we visit the park often.

The mini golf course was in great condition and priced very reasonably. The only problem was that all of the holes had a very similar feel to them. The mini bowling looked like fun as well. Cant wait to try it!

Had a wonderful time at Paradise Park with my niece and nephew! There is truly something for everyone to enjoy! We left with full bellies and smiles on our faces. Bar was a nice touch for the adults too!

I wish they had more to offer than just candy for a child. I understand that it doesnt take much money to win a few hundred tickets but there has to be something you can offer other than candy.

It can be a bit pricy but is a great place to spend a couple of hours. Offer putt putt, go karting, rock climbing, trampolines, arcade, laser tag. Has good specials on laser tag Saturday nights
