DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Unless you are purchasing and zipping on the same date, do not do business here! First off, I tried several times to contact the company to inquire about the purchase of a gift card for my sons birthday. They literally never answered the phone. I finally drove to the site. The "office" was unorganized and the one person working in it was completely overwhelmed. I stood amidst the chaos and listened to a woman in front of me argue with the worker. The customer claimed she had purchased and made a reservation online. She was showing the worker her credit card transaction history on her phone! The worker basically said too bad because the lady did not have an official email. This nightmare went on and I should have left! However, since I was purchasing IN PERSON I thought I was fine! I was wrong! I paid for 2 gift cards, each totaling $48. Evidently this could NOT be done in one transaction!?!?! Anyway, I waited for my receipt. The worker said they do not give receipts. I would receive an email. I stated that I wanted a WRITTEN document that shed taken my money. She had NO printer and no receipt book. She asked me to check m y email on my phone. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I received 3 emails. She said one was a receipt and the next 2 would each have a printable gift certificate. I opened the first and it seemed legitimate, so I left! How dumb am I? VERY I guess! I was charged TWICE on my credit card, but only one of the emails showed an actual gift certificate! I have called three times but, of course, no one answers! I will be stopping payment and contacting my CC company, and in the meantime I had to tell my son that I am rescinding that gift! WHAT A TOTAL MESS, and I didnt even discuss the disorganization of the facility!

The idea and courses were fantastic. Very intense. However, from the moment you walk into the establishment to the time you leave, the employees, (with the exception of Nick) were unhelpful and rude. An overview of the course and the equipment was to last 30 minutes but was closer to 5. When someone asked for help, their response time was slow and answers were sarcastic. Maybe it was because they were teenagers and had no real adult supervision. Who knows? By the time I left could care less. They should be trained in customer relations and a grown up should be hired to oversee them. If their horrible behavior continues, they should be replaced. The idea is a great one though. Hopefully something similar will open nearer to the Lansing area. Id go at least once a month until I complete every course.

My family and I had a fantastic time! The process is a bit confusing, so definitely try to get most done online before going. The staff was helpful and the explanation was very detailed and simple. They have port-a-pottys on site, with a lot of hand sanitizer availability. The courses were really cool, and you feel you get quite the workout. I dont think you need to be an athlete to participate, but you should be aware of the physical demands. They have a YouTube video on site to give you an idea as to what you should expect. Its great family fun, you will not be disappointed.

Just aweful ran by a bunch of teens who dont care and is all about the wait list anyone that has stopped here knows what im talking about how do u run a business that u encourage walking ins and the tell them hour wait and u wont get all ur time the management should realize how much money they are losing just in the five minutes I was here saw atleast 20 people leave totally pissed off bad business dont bother

Just climbed for the third time in three years. Excited to check out new ownership. Very impressed. Beautiful new landscape, fun retail available, friendly knowledgeable staff. You can tell the new owners care about making it a great addition to what the community of Frankenmuth already offers. Cant wait to go back. I love that my 10 year old and I can do this together. It is challenging and rewarding!

This place is AWSOME!!! So much fun zipping thru the trees in this gorgeous woods! We could choose our own skill level and it was great to feel better and stronger with each level. The staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable.... very helpful when we had questions. Cool stuff for sale in the gift shop. Will definitely go back. We want to go at night when its all lit up!

It was a very fun, and amazing experience to have! I would recommend this place to other individuals. I do not recommend bringing large groups, due to back up on the ropes. The only down side was the staff was not very quick on responding for helping them get down.

Best place ever you feel like you are Tarzan! Climbing around the trees with a simple harness but very secure so you are very safe! Different courses for little kids and big adults. Great place to take family and friends!

Expecting to be geared for teens and children, was pleasantly surprised at the difficulty in the harder courses. Was too late to attempt the hardest course, will return soon to remedy.
