If it were at all possible, I would give this place a zero rating! Let me first start off by saying that the owner of this location (John) is rude, has a very nasty attitude and has very poor communication skills. My wife and I took our 4 year old son and niece to have some fun. We didnt know the rules as far as food is concerned; my wife went and got me a slice of pizza, a pretzel for herself and a bag of cotton candy for the kids. We ate the items on the 2nd level in the childrens jump area and NO ONE ever said to us that food wasnt allowed up there. The girl employee working the kids play area told my wife that she could not jump with the cotton candy in her hand so she handed it to me since I wasnt jumping at the time. Our niece ate some of the cotton candy and it was accidentally left in that area as we went to the other side to do some jumping. The owner (John) comes up to my Wife and asked if the bag belonged to her and she said yes. He stated that they dont allow food in the jumping areas. My wife said that shed throw it away. He then tells my wife that if he wasnt a busboy and if he wanted to be one, he wouldve opened a restaurant. Of course my Wife got upset! Next thing I know, he in an aggressive manner with his finger pointed tells my wife that she can throw the cotton candy away or leave. I IMMEDIATELY came over to intervene and told him not to disrespect my wife and he walks away like the coward that he is - couldnt even look me in the face. He then goes and calls Troy Police and lies on us by telling them that we were refusing to leave!?!? My Wife went to the counter to speak with a manager about this incident and to request a refund as wed only been there like 15-20 minutes!!!! While we were waiting for our refund which was issued, 3 Troy Police officers show up! YES, 3!!!! He must have told them were were African-American or some other lie. The officers were nice and even they know what a jack ass this guy is as theyve had to respond to incidents like this involving this owner in the past. I feel sorry for the people who have to work for this ignoramus. Unfortunately for him though, he messed with the wrong people today. I immediately began making calls and Im not even close to done yet; He wont get away with this. Take your kids anywhere else to have a good time, PLEASE!!!! I wouldnt let the neighborhood mice in to jump around in this dump. Me or my family will never spend a dime in any of these airtime trampoline locations. Guess its true what they say... "One rotten apple spoils the whole barrel". P.S. - John when you notice a drop in sales over the next couple months, I hope it was worth the embarrassment and frustration you put my family through today. Youre rude, youre a coward and as a man, I DONT RESPECT YOU

(Sharing for Googlers too! ***ZERO STARS***) "You can go tell it to Yelp, buddy!" -- *Policy*-fetishizing Airtime Manager Ok, "buddy" ... I usually dont waste my time venting on here .... but, here I am! ***If you have young kids, STAY AWAY FROM AIRTIME. *** Most expensive ... most harassed ... most unwelcoming .. most disappointing ... most frustrating ... most anti-customer one hour Ive ever spent together with my adventurous 3 yr old daughter. I wish this was all hyperbole. Its not. We were harassed every 5 mins during our one-hour jump. Apparently they dont want you around your kids. Hodge-podge, senseless rules about where your feet can touch, even if youre just standing there making sure your kid doesnt break an ankle (which Im pretty sure I saw three other kids do as evidenced by the ice packs). Tried to have fun with the big foam pit. Id go as far to say as that is the #1 attraction. Especially for a younger kid that never gets to do ANYTHING like that. First, told me I couldnt be out on orange pads to encourage my little girl to take the plunge off the end. Ok, fair enough, theres other lanes of rowdy pre-teens bounding past on both sides. Gotta stay on the black carpet you say? Ok. So we go to the end "lane" where the black carpet wraps all the way around to the pit. I walk along, stand there and cheer on MY THREE YEAR OLD. She dives in ... AWESOME! As shes attempting to crawl back to the edge and climb out, theres easily 1-2 feet of reach from top of foam back to safety. Not an easy feat for a 2.5-3 tall human. "I need help daddy" .... so as I kneel down and hold her hand, WHILE SHE CLIMBS HERSELF OUT, the No Fun Police run right back over to harass me about not being allowed to help her out of the pit. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? The Jr. Fun Police called in The Manager of Fun Police who came and looked me right in the eye and told me not to help MY THREE YEAR OLD out of the pit or hed kick me out. I told them just give me my $14 back since were NOT ALLOWED to actually use the facilities. "No refunds." I calmly explained to The Manager that wed had the most unwelcoming experience I could ever have imagined for a PREMIUM "Amusement" business that should include an once of hospitality. "You can go tell it to Yelp, buddy!" Well here you go, Yelpers ... Airtime trampoline park = $14/hour for a 3 year old to bounce around and get harassed the whole time and basically be threatened to be kicked out if daddy watches over or -- heaven forbid -- lends a hand. Never again.

Do Not, I repeat please DO NOT spend your money AirTime Trampoline - Troy. My husband and I took my son and my niece for a little family fun. Long story short my niece wanted cotton candy. After eating a couple bites she handed me the bag and I sat it on the carpeted area right next to where we were jumping. The owner, not an employee but the owner whose name is John comes by picks it up and aggressively asks me if it belongs to me. I said yes. He then says well we dont allow food up here so I said ok Ill throw it away. I assume he thought I told him to throw it away. He says to me Im not a busboy and if I wanted to be one I would have opened a restaurant. I said well who the hell are you as he was not in any kind of uniform and had on nothing to indicate he worked there. So needless to say this encounter went left. My husband notices the guy pointing at me and walks up and hears us going back and forth and tells the guy not to disrespect me. He then tells us throw the cotton candy away and quickly walks away. We follow him down the stairs to get our things and of course our money refunded as we had only been there a good 15 minutes and as we are standing at the counter getting our money back not 1, not 2 but 3 Troy police officers walk in. We tell the officers what happened and they stated that this is not the first time he had dine this. The officers were very nice! They waited for us to get our refund and belongings. The managers that gave us our refund were very kind and apologetic as well and didnt seem shocked that the owner had treated us so poorly. We get out side to leave and one of the employees pulls us to the side with tears in her eyes and apologized and told us that hated working there because he does this all the time to black families. I felt bad for her and all of the others that have to work for this idiot. The worse part about the situation is that the kids had to encounter this and we were forced to explain to them that unfortunately this is just the world we live in. However you never, ever have to allow anyone to treat you like your nothing or dont belong! Especially when your a paying patron. Needless to say we will never spend another dime at any airtime and we have already sent an email to the BBB and wont stop until John figures out he messed with the wrong family and being that I also work in Troy Ill be sure to pass this along to the surrounding businesses how awfully we were treated.
