BAD SERVICE! This is the first time I went there and ordered food. It took an hour to get the party chicken strip platter and 1/2 wait for a hotdog. When the hotdog finally arrived the bun was hard. When I complained to the manager she said "There are too many fry orders and problem with the fryer". If she told me that when I placed the order with her I would not have ordered it. Another host later told me that my platter went to another party because my host was not on it. In addition, there was an hour wait for the two-seater go-carts for the following reasons: There were supposedly grown ups in the go cart line who did not want to get in the back of the line after they had a turn on the go carts. They kept bringing their party up front over and over again and the employees handling the crowd did nothing. Now I know why I hear about arguments amongst the grown ups at this place. In addition, continous breakdowns of the two seater go carts. The same two employees had to work on the broken down go carts and each time was a 15 minute delay for everyone, even the single riders. There were only 2 two-seater that were properly working during the entire hour. Now I know why it is posted that most are there for 3 hours. Most of that time is waiting! It is probable better to go during the weekday instead of the weekend and not to order food.

Had a great time here. There is a huge variety of games, and lots of ticket redemption games as well. The activities they have are a play castle (like your average McDonalds), a huge inflatable slide and play area, both of which seemed to be geared for smaller kids. Other activities included a mini golf course which was amazingly decorated, but the setup of the holes was very simple and easy. There are also Go-Karts, but it was closed due to the rain, and laser tag. The laser tag was our 10 year olds favorite of the activities. Prices of tokens seems a bit high, and we waited for a very long time for our lukewarm pizza. We also waited a long time for service each of the three times we went up to the counter for purchases and ticket redemption. Seems like they need more staff, or at least staff who is more attentive. One of the staff members, an older man in a white shirt was the most helpful and friendly of all the people we encountered. I assumed he was a manager.

The managment that is running this establishment is un organized, and not customer service friendly. I planned to have my party here and booked in May 2013 for a party in October and they call me a week before the party to tell me my time is no longer available and that we had to reschedule. I already had all RSVP back and now would have to call and tell all my guests a new time. I have had continous issues here this past year, the prior years were great and well run not sure what have changed but will no longer be giving them any buisness and letting everyone know to be carefull about your parties there they will not give you a refund even if you cancel 5 months before your party is at location.

This place was the pitts! Waited 45 mins for hot dog combo.....waitress would never be around......and not very friendly. Was never called for turn at Go-carts & 2 out of 3 carts for adults to ride were out of service...that place was a complete mess!!! Then advised by waitress there would he a $35 tip!! That, I feel, is something one is suppose to earn...and she (our waitress) definitely didnt earn it!!! That was my first time & definitely my last time there. Save your money people!!

This place is way better than any Chuckie Cheese. Can be seriously crowded on a Friday and Saturday night just to give you a heads up. Also very loud here but thats expected. Pizza is pretty good. Games are all newer and they manage to keep some older games going that we like. Glow golf is excellent if you want to try something different. They have a bar now so you can grab a brew while the kids go crazy playing.

The good: huge space, nice looking environment , pizza is bomb, glow golf is nice The bad:Staff is terrible, bathrooms are beyond disgusting. Each stall is filled with boo boo they wont clean them, had to ask 5 times last time we went, most games dont work, all the games are over priced, prizes cost a million tickets , bouncy area should not be restricted kids feel left out

This place is probably great for kids parties. My wife and I went for the putt putt golf and were so disappointed in what we would consider the worst course ever. It was short and so so so poorly designed and you can tell they just dont even try to keep it up. $10 for two, no wonder the sign reads "No cash refunds". I guess that should have been the warning to run!

Great place for kids, lots to do. Outdoor Put put golf, outdoor go karts, indoor put put golf, laser tag, tons of games. Birthday parties, bounce houses. Haunted house during September, October. Clean place with friendly staff. Lots of fun and activities.

Rude..... rude employees. They pretend like they know what they are doing but they dont. They are just racist and very disgusting. I am never going there again. And for the employees good luck with your job. Youll need it.

The person who runs go karts needs to explain more to the younger drivers where the go and stop is and when there done and pulling the karts back in to not go full speed. Ended up with whiplash. We will not be back.

Its cool to hang at with my son. Went there alot. Dont think I will anymore. Funny how someone getting shot inside the place didnt make the news tho. Mmmmm. Maybe because it wasnt in the city, but who knows.

ALOT OF THE GAMES DIDNT WORK AND TOOK UR COINS OR THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY TICKETS COMING OUT IF U PLAYED. NOT SAFE FOR KIDS THEY CAN JUST WALK OUT AND LEAVE. CLEAN BATHROOMS, GOOD FOOD. JUST SEEMED GHETTO TO ME

Worst place. 5 machines broken eating coins and not giving tickets. When asking to fix machines they just give more coins so they never fix them. They sell you a "saving " plan but you only spend more.

Fun place for small kids. My 3 year old has lived for this place since she turned 2. The bouncers are fun and prices are reasonable for parties or an afternoon outing. Great alternative to Chuck E Cheese.

Has many different attractions like glow golf, bounce house/jungle gym, 18-hole outdoor golf and go-cart. There were quite a few games in the arcade section that did not work but over I like this place.

Needs more staff working & available at every activity. Arcade games need to be repaired. Should also have a person at the door, at all times, monitoring whose coming & going and to assist customers.
