We go out to the movies once a week, usually here or Mt. Pleasant. The last three times we have gone to this theater there have been several different groups of obnoxious kids screaming and talking through the entire film! I understand they have no control over parents teaching their kids to behave in theaters, but they need to provide ushers in every theater to control this. Also checking IDs for an R rated movie would help tremendously, there were several groups of children that appeared to be 12-14 yelling, screaming and talking the entire time!! Hope they can get this under control. Parents please teach your children to behave properly in a movie theater or keep them home watching Netflix!

Too expensive to go often. Also, food/pop is ludicrously priced. So we eat b4 we go. Major complaint: starting new movies @ midnight on Thursdays!!! THATS A SCHOOL NIGHT!!! My son is a junior in High School, takes school very seriously. It breaks his heart to tell friends that he cant go that late of a showing on a school night. How is he to get by on 3 1/2 hes of sleep? That showing should be cancelled & replaced with something reasonable. Lastly, watching a movie @ this expense would be more enjoyable if employees made a few trips per movie, to check the audience, make sure no one is talking loud or otherwise disrupting the rest of the paying customers. It was the worst movie theater that we have been to my daughter was sick and we asked for a paper dish to split out popcorn in because we didnt want her to put her hands in it I spent over 45.00 dollars in 3 tickets a number 1 popcorn and pop and they were rude and said they would not give it to us oh and we bought a nacho cheese but not the chips.. bathrooms were dirty and the speakers in the theater you could see the dust on top of them bad just overall dirty place ...will never be back...

The staff is friendly and efficient, the ticket and concession prices are better than Ive found elsewhere, and the theaters are clean. They offer free popcorn and beverage refills, free popcorn seasonings, and have a good rewards program with their movie card. I didnt appreciate how wonderful this theater was until I visited others in our area and in other states.

My wife and I go here pretty much once a week. Id really say its pretty average....its not awful but its not amazing. It is always very clean and the service is usually pretty good. The concessions can be hit or miss though, sometimes it is great and sometimes there are issues. Definitely love the free refills on popcorn and pop.

Its very disapointing when we come here wanting our favorite movie time snack of sweet cream cheese pretzels and youre always out. Really? Cant you order enough to cover the demand you must have that leaves you always out??? Sad On the plus side its nice to have free refills weve been to places that charge $.25 for more popcorn.

Worst movie theater ever. When I go to the movies I want a big screen and clear picture. Screens are small and there are huge streaks all over. This isnt in just one theater room. I have been in four different ones and they are all awful. Id rather watch a movie at home or go to bay city.

My 5 year old and me just absolutely love it here.. always great staff and reasonable prices. never any wait on getting popcorn and its also very delicious.. we make it a point to keep coming back here at least once a month.great family fun in an amazing, cozy environment.. cant beat it.

Solid movie theater, always with the newest movies. On occasion theyll have special events too - when The Dark Knight Rises was released they did a Christopher Nolan Batman marathon leading up to midnight, for just $20. It was a packed house, and everyone was into it - great experience

This is your typical small town theater. They dont get a lot of movies outside of your basic action and rom-com movies. If you want to set any Oscar contenders youll have to go to Mt Pleasant but if you want to see the latest Fast and Furious installment, theyll definitely have it.

Overall its okay, some viewing rooms are starting to get a little wore and could use an update. Popcorn is great with lots of toppings to choose from. Lots of snack and drink choices. Sometimes you can hear movies next door or feel the vibrations. Overall its a decent theater.

Not bad but not great, either. Some seats have gotten very uncomfortable and they need to clean their screens more often. a few times I have gone only to watch a movie on a dirty screen which leaves dark streaks that are very noticeable unless its a dark scene.

Only movie theater worth going to in the tricity area. Bay City is small and dirty and Saginaw never clean either. This place is always near spotless. Matinee tickets are well priced and they have specials on Tuesdays where tickets are $5 all day

They changed their rewards program a few months ago and I havent been back since. You can no longer earn a free movie ticket by a frequent movie patron, it is only from concessions. No longer worth it. The popcorn makes me sick to my stomach.

Extremely rude staff! I tried to set up an event for 200 sum people and they pushed my business away! I cannot believe how awful their customer service was. I will NEVER be going to this movie theatre and I would not recommend it to anyone.

It was like anyother movie theater. It wad good but the seats were very bad. When I first sat down the seat cover sank right to the plastic under it. So I moved to a new seat but by the end of the movie it was doing the same thing.

It is a lively lovely place to watch a movie with all the benefits of theater atmosphere smell of popcorn.& you have a variety of choices of candy......chocolate...licorice etc....only drawback is a little pricy

Good place, normal prices, wonderful customer service honestly the prices for the amount of snacks (and the fact that you get free refills) is really good compared to other theaters. day prices are also super good.

Ads are way too long. They never start when the time is posted. They make you watch 15 minutes of thier own bullshit ads before the trailers. Plus the seating hast been updated since the 90s. Very uncomfortable.

Refreshments that are actually reasonably priced. I only go here once or twice a year in the summer as I live in Metro Detroit, but when I do, Im shocked at how inexpensive it is compared to where I live.

It needs Dolby Atmos! The seats are okay. But the movies are no fun without a good sound system. Almost all the theaters are now equipped with Dolby Atmos. Its time NCG gets it too!!

We spilled a soda before the movie started. We went to the supervisor, Chadwick? And he, himself came and cleaned it. Great theater, great staff. Love it here!!! 6/10/17 8:46 pm.
