So Sick Challenge

I am 15 years old and today I went to the cinimark in Vista ridge mall with My father who is well over Rated R age and he bought me and my friends 4 Movie tickets to watch Annabelle (I had parental permission) and as I went to go watch my movie after buying Popcorn and drinks I gave the ticket to the man and he said I could not enter so I told him that my father gave me permission to watch the movie and he told me to go exchange the ticket for another movie. So i went and the lady at the ticket booth game me my refund, so I asked to exchange my movie for another and she said that she could not unless I paid again (though the second movie would have been cheaper than the first) Which I couldnt do because my dad bought with his debit card. So my friends and I were stuck at the mall without movie tickets for hours. Do not go to Cinemark at Vista Ridge Mall!!!!

Horrible! we could not get in with out a supervisor at first, we got out of the movies and got our refund, we called our friends uncle and purchased again the movie tickets for 9:00pm. we waighted in line for about 30 minutes and when it was our turn the same person said we could not go in because we needed our own parents to go in with us, AT FIRST SHE SAID WE JUST NEEDED SOMEONE OLDER THAN 18 OR WITH AN I.D AND THEN NOW 2 HOURS LATER SHE SAYS ADIFFERENT THING? THEY NEED TO SAY WHAT THEY MEAN CLEARLY NOT MAKING US WAIGHT MORE THAN 5 HOURS! (THE FIRST MOVIE WAS AT 6:50, BUT GOT THERE AT 4 TO CHECK THE TIMES) FINNALY WE COULD NOT GO IN SO ME AND MY FRIENDS DECIDED TO GO TO SEE ANOTHER MOVIE.BUT OVERALL THIS TEATHER SUCKS. (THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE OR ASSISTANT MANAGER) "...OR WE CAN KICK YALL OUT..." EXACT WORDS THAT HE SAID.

I love that they have renovated this theater since its close to me. The lush recliners are nice, but I still like the AMC ones better, but there are no AMC close. Cinemark is starting to catch AMC with the new renovations. The concessions are big enough and the items and prices were fine. It was clean. The reserved seats are a must for me. I loved that feature at AMC, so Im glad to see Cinemark finally getting that. Ordering tickets using their app works fine. Pick your seats in advance and you dont need to show up early to have a good seat. They should start a reward program like AMC. I wish they would have added a bar like their newer locations. Anyway, for the price its a theater I can go to for most movies. For Big time movies I will travel further and go to the new theaters with better screens and sound.

This theatre has gone severely down hill since it opened. We had a problem with the ticket line because they girl didnt know what "going dutch meant", so she ran both tickets on one card. Furthermore, when we brought the issue to the "manager", he also refused to do anything and told he had never heard of the term "going dutch" either. This particular theatre has the worst service ive ever seen. When this matter was brought to corporates attention, they quickly corrected the problem and gave their apologies... how hard would that have been for this so called manager to do? Apparently very hard. Thank you to Cinemark for taking care of its customers, and in regards to Cinemark Movies 15 @ Vista Ridge, I sincerely hope you learn how to treat customers better.

Pretty bad, dont go for the big blockbusters. We went to see Spider-Man and the machine gave us tickets for the wrong day and since they were already sold out for that day they kicked us out. Then next time half-way through the movie the movie starts freezing up like a youtube video having trouble loading. Apparently there was something wrong with their hard drive, the ticket guy told me it happened the previous month too, so they really shouldve checked the hard drives. Maybe its worth going to for a rom-com or something, but for the big blockbusters like marvel,dc movies I wouldnt risk it. Managers did not give a damn about the situation. So thanks guys for ruining a movie I waited years to see...

We had an issue with the person sitting next to us having an extremely bad gasoline smell, as if he bathed in gasoline. It was giving us a severe head ache. We talked with the manager to see if we could change seats. They were very helpful moving us to the next show and even gave us tickets for another show which we did not ask for or expect. We have always been coming to this theater for years, but the way they helped us tonight made us appreciate this theater even more. Not to mention they have the reclining seats.

The sound and picture quality of the XD cinema was awesome!!! The reclining seats are by reservation which is nice knowing where you will be seating instead of looking for a place to sit. Loved the sound quality, it made the reclining chairs vibrate. Attending staff was the normal high school/college student norm. Only downside is that they ran out of carmel M & Ms. Recommended this cinema to everyone!

Nothing was wrong, but its not like it blew my expectations out of the water. It was definitely one of the cleaner Cinemarks Ive been to though. The option to choose seating was nothing new, Alamo Draft House and Studio Movie Grill offer the same thing. Pricing is the same as any other Cinemark. About 15-20 bucks for 2 tickets and then nearly 20 bucks for candy, large popcorn and a large drink.

Its ok . The early special prices are good but The bad thing is how are they always fixing something electrical problems ??? They do need to check in more often for the rowdy crowd. a couple of times I could not concentrate on the movie because the people in front of us were making so much noise and joking around and on their phone. Security please?

The temperature is good contrary to other reviews and food is good now because they got new machines which I watched them lug in. Also, They are doing some remodels, but 5 theaters are done I believe, and they have recliners now. This theater has a cheap price tag and good quality. 5 stars.

This is an old theater but I was surprised to learn that you can now book exact seats online, additionally, they have recliners in the theaters now, and all for regular movie theater prices. Other theaters with recliners charge several dollars more for the luxury.

Very disappointed. The theater itself has been nicely updater to meet todays expectations but the customer service was awful and the concession food was well below average. Hopefully just an off night but I will be checking into other locations.

This movie theater sucks especially the employees. They are rude af and managers are arrogant. Everytime I go its dirty, they too worried about peoples drivers liscense they should be worried about their floors.
