Worst Theater I have ever been to....hands down From the outside(and even the main lobby), it looks and appears to be a nice, technologically sound theater. #1-Theater size: I was watching a NEW movie in a room the size of my garage. The auditorium had (maybe) 35 seats(4 rows)if i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. #2-Video/audio quality: (Watched 2 movies here.Suppose i am glutton for punishment, i returned for the second movie because i couldnt believe it could be THAT bad again.) SOUND-- The movie had TERRIBLE sound...let me explain. The movie advertised before the show that they had THX sound. I heard numerous people in the theater LAUGH because the speakers couldnt even handle the sound that was coming out. During the movie the sound jumped back and forth between what sounded like a sounds being played through a Hose...and basic theater sound. VIDEO-- I thought every theater had moved into the 21st century and started digital projection for there movies. OR if they hadnt they at least kept the movie film clean and bought good original copies...This was NOT the case with Broadway. The movie CONSTANTLY had dust spots all over the screen. So much at some times that it was distracting from the movie. Overall terrible.... #3-Service: I waited nearly 10min @ the snack counter with 2 people behind me before i walked up to the ticket booth and told the employee. #4-Cleanliness: The first time I used the bathroom i noticed a distinct stink...It is a bathroom, and there going to get dirty. So I didnt think too much of it. After the second show, i walked into the bathroom and the smell of URINE hit me so hard i nearly threw up in the sink. Dirty one day i can understand...maybe I caught it between check ups...BUT 2 consecutive days????Are you Kidding me???Thats disgusting... I come from a rural town of 15,000 in Oregon. We have a theater in town that was reopened after nearly 10yrs because of lack of business. This rural hick theater...that struggles to stay open...is CLEANER, has better SERVICE, and even i dare say..with there outdated equipment...an EXTREMELY better product. You might ask if it was this bad, why I didnt just walk out of the theater. Simply said, I was out on business, visiting from another state, getting a refund on my debt or a gift card wouldnt make much since. This was a disgusting theater, with terrible audio/video and service. Worst hands down i have ever been to...if i could talk to the owner i would tell him to fire his employees and update his equipment. It blows me away how anyone would go to this theater, if there was another in the area...

While its not the most state of the art facility its well kept and the staff has been nothing but exceptional. As a frequent customer one particular staff member has always gone above and beyond for myself and my guests. Katie has always greeted us with a smile and has even assisted in helping us carry our mounds of popcorn and gigantic sodas. It seems we always attend when shes working and shes always hustling, cleaning theaters and doing whatever it takes to make our visit as pleasant and easy for us. I single her out for a reason, I do not know her personally but only through the theater and I believe that people that do an exceptional job deserve recognition where its applicable. Today we saw the"bfg" and she was totally accommodating and loaded up a tray so I could single handedly carry what we needed, went out of her way to grab us condiments as my friends cannot carry things. Thanks to all the staff and Katie for making my job easier by doing such a great job at yours!

Went to see Star Wars and the movie projector wasnt working. Waited an hour and a half as we were told in 10-15 minutes increments it was going to be fixed soon. It never got fixed and as we were leaving we werent even offer compensation, free tickets, or anything. They guy at the front assured me if I left my name/number/situation that they would get back to me. They never did. Horrible situation aside, the movie theater is small, dirty, and way overpriced for what you get. If you are used to average to nice movie theaters you will absolutely hate this place. Go somewhere else if you can manage it!

Too many things wrong with it to list. I love movies, so Im glad to be moving soon so that I dont have to deal with comingsoon attractions theaters anymore. The minor and mckinleyville theaters are just as bad. Im from Fresno, which isnt a great place, but Ive have more bad experiences during 40~ trips to the movies in Humboldt than I ever had in 250~ trips to theaters in Fresno. Last nights really poorly ran premiere of Deadpool is whats making me write this review. Ive never taken the time to write one before in my life, thats how awful this theater chain is.

I love this theater. Ive seen some bad reviews and I have to disagree completely. They said it was dirty and stuff? Well I live nearby and go to the theatre a lot and its never dirty or cold or anything else those bad reviews say. Ive gone to over 10 movie showings there, including the double feature of Mockingjay part one and two and it was amazing everytime! Ive even been that one person who manages to accidently spill my drink quite a few times and they are always nice enough to give me another one.

went to the Broadway Cinema the other night, we saw "Magnificent 7" was a good movie - not as good as the Yule Brenner one, but Denzel isnt bad either, the theater itself was much cleaner than the last time Id been there a few years ago, which was nice.. got there with only 5 minutes to spare but we still got our tickets and munchies in time to see the start- not much of a wait ..I liked that,..

August 9, 2015 - went to the theater to see the 11:50am showing of Minions. None of their employees "remembered" to start that movie until we went to see the Assistant Manager at 12pm. Throughout the ENTIRE movie there was a 60-cycle hum in the audio. Plus the people behind us thought it was appropriate to be on the cell phone during the presentation. :(

If you want a movie now, this is the spot. They do have multiple movie screen & all the over priced sweets you need. Other than that, no character at all Including the kids who hate working there. There were more sighs & eye rolls walking from the front door to the snack bar, & into the theater than Id ever seen at a table full of high school cheerleaders.

The service was good but the sound kept cutting out and the theater was at least 75-80 degrees inside. The last time we were there the theater was about 55 degrees inside. Its hard to enjoy a movie when your sweating or shivering. I think Im going to try the McKinleyville Theater from now on even though its a drive.

GOOD for what it has, take five minutes to go to Costco and get their 20% off coupon and buy their pricey food because for goodness sake you are in Eureka, we have homeless on every corner. If you can not take it I suggest you move elsewhere. I love this theater in my hometown. enjoy the movie to say the least.

It would be a 4 of 5 if everything wasnt so expensive. Last time i came to watch a move (WonderWoman) it costed around 60$ which feels insane to me, but im just a kid so whatever. The seats are comfy popcorn is nice, again this place would be great if it werent for the price.
