WE WONT EVER VENTURE OUT TO THIS THEATER AGAIN we are from eureka and watch movies all the time in our home town theater.... on our family Sunday after church we decided to check out Mill creek cinema in mckinnleyville because we heard they have new comfy seats . That much was true the Seats were comfy . the girls at the concession stand where sweet and curtious . However there was an older gentleman who i guess kept asking my son for his ticket as he was refilling my soda. the fist time he asked my son said my mom has it WICH I did. but i was in watching the movie . i think the fact that my son had a soda from the place would prove that he was a ticket holder . THE second time my 10 year old son went to use the bathroom and the older man asked him again if he had his ticket . my son is said no my mom still has it we never need a ticket to use the bathroom at the eureka cinema 8 , THE MAN SAYS TO HIM rudely Well ur not in eureka kid ur in mcinnleyville . I FOUND this TO BE VErY RUDE Picking on my son . IF WE Needed to carry our tickets around with us the whole time THEYR SHOULD BE A SIGN SAYiNG THAT WE WONT BE BACK Nor will i ever recommend this establishment . my son told me on out way home that he felt uncomfortable and was upset by how the man talked to him . He felt BULLIED . WE WONT BE BACK

This theater is truly a special one. I hate to tell anyone and spoil the secret. BUT they deserve the recognition so here goes: The seats are comfortable, the staff have always been courteous and polite. The snack bar has all your favorites. The presentations are digital and state of the art. The movies are extremely current. Great place to take your date, he or she will thank you to be sure!!. This theater is excellent thus the 5 STAR rating!! Enjoy!! Will be going there tonight myself!!

Will always travel the extra bit to come here over Broadway Cinema for the sole purpose of having comfy seats with ARMRESTS THAT GO UP!!! Super important for cuddling! Has an old school charm, but the theaters are always clean and never smell, they make the popcorn fresh, and they also take the discounted Coming Attractions tickets you can get from Costco.

The man who takes tickets is a gem, always interactive and lovely! The font desk staff are hit or miss, sometimes helpful, other times rude. There are no matinee prices which stinks, but they offer a points plan where you earn points towards free food and drinks per dollar spent. Usually clean, every once in awhile a super slippery floor inside theater.

Always love a comfortable clean movietime with my kid. :). Perhaps the lady complaining about her son being ticket checkd, should stay to eureka theaters, its distracting and kinda rude to let your kids run in and out at theaters. my kid does those things before a movie starts.

We were visiting from arizona where HARKINS reign. We have high standards. This was a nice theater! It had high back chairs, stadium seating, clean carpets and floors, decent prices at concessions (and the counter is clean too), nice staff...Id come back again!!

Nice and clean, good sound, and friendly staff. Its pretty typical of the newer-style multi-screen theaters without all the unnecessary bells and whistles. Good parking off to the side of the building. Prices are in line with most theaters of this style.

Price markup is outrageous however comparable with the other theatres in town as there all ran by same people. The chairs I dont think have ever been upgraded and the stadium seating is sub par. Floors are always sticky. Definitely needs some improvement

Decent theater with comfortable seats and good popcorn. Very large theaters so there is a lot of room to choose your ideal seat. They also offer student, military, and first responder discounts making tickets a good price.

Easy place to see a movie. Strange that when you pre purchase tickets online, you still have to wait in line to redeem them. Just buy tickets in house when you arrive.
